  • Nice, but nothing special

    Using these for holding back large blackout curtains and they are nice and strong. Not the best looking on their own, but I secured them to be just behind the curtain when not in use.

    These were huge. Maybe I didn't get out the ruler when I was ordering, but they were big-very nice, but big. i returned them for only that reason

  • Not quiet what I expected

    the tube backing did not cover the existing fixture that was installed. I was expecting more sheen/shine on the finish from the holdback, rather than a dull finish. Holdback not very secure.

    • Did the color match the color displayed onsite? No. The holdbacks had a rather muted finish. I was expected more sheen.
    • How is the quality of the product? Not very secure one installed

  • not as sturdy as they appear

    I was hoping the product would be more substantial but they are pretty light weight. I haven't installed them yet but I think they will look sturdy from a distance.

Holdback face plate is 3 1/2" in diameter. Post style holdbacks come straight out from the wall to which they are mounted and are adorned with the large medallion. Post style holdbacks are used with the addition of tiebacks. overstockcustomercare1 on Apr 10, 2012
