  • Textured bottoms

    These pots and pans are great. But, like any stainless steel cookware, you're more likely to have problems with food sticking. The bottom of the pans are lightly textured with a cross crossing type of pattern. I've noticed that sometimes this causes more liquidy material to stick worse (like eggs). Overall though, I would buy again. Great for the price and nice variety in sizes.
