Arrived promptly, easily assembled and looks good. The quality is not perfect but for the price you pay for -ok. Would recommend this to anyone in the market for a Sofa Futon Bed. The parts come labeled and the sofa bed was packaged well. Great buy!

The sofa is beautiful. A good over-night bed. Very comfortable. It is very firm but cushy. I'm very happy with my purchase. Looks modern and nice looking.. Very easy to assemble, Delivery was very satisfactory.

I have dealt with and slept on many a futon, and this is an exceptional product. Most futons are terribly difficult to transform into a bed and dreadful for sleeping. My 3 children who are all under 6 yrs old can open and close this sofa bed without my help, it's that easy, simple click/click to open and click again to close. This mattress, unlike most, has inner springs similar to a traditional mattress. I have this in my childrens' play room which doubles as a spare bedroom. I have had it for over 2 years now and wanted to wait to see how it performed before writing this review. Many people have slept on this futon and many have asked where I found it. I actually have the crimson red color which isn't available at this time. The kids have been really rough on the sofa, have split food on it, etc, and it has cleaned up easily with no permanent stains. Also, someone spilled an entire cup of coffee and that cleaned up without a trace. I would highly recommend this sofa bed to anyone considering a futon for a spare sleeping area. It would be ideal for a rental home as well, and I wish more had these instead of the classic futons. I continue to get compliments and send people to this site.

Good futon sofa bed. Fairly sturdy, but it's not going to take kids jumping on it repeatedly. Perfect for normal (sane) family use. Looks like a nice sofa (rather than like a futon), and it's pretty darn comfortable. The fabric is suede-like, so we'll have to see how well it stands up to wear and liquids. Assembly is easy but not super straightforward. A word of warning: the pictures of the hinges in the instructions are in the "in-use" or "flexed" position and not in the "at rest" position that you'll see when you're holding them in your hand. The right hinge will look like the left (and vice-versa) when "at rest", so trust the R & L stickers on the hinges and don't go by looks. Also, the straps that wrap the frame and cushions tightly together for packaging are really under pressure and go with quite a snap when cut. Watch out for flying ends. Overall, very happy with the purchase.

Well, as usual, i was very please with the delivery time frame and packaging of your products. Now, i am ready to tell of my experiences with my purchase. I found the assembly was really simple, one hour for each sofa - total, two hours of much repayed enjoyment, Yes, i purchased two of these futon's for two reasons........The price and the appearence. I needed two because my husband and I just baught and renovated a second home and the much needed sleeping space was a must. They look great and are very comfortable, not too firm and too soft....just right. Thank You O!

I bought this to use when I visit my son. It looks good,, but doesn't sleep so good. An innerspring mattress on a futon is great, but not this one. I have an innerspring futon at my place and I love it. It is a really good mattress, and makes a very comfortable bed. However, the mattress(es) on this leaves a lot to be desired. The barely adequate padding over the springs could be made up for by inserting some more cushioning under the cover. But it has some defects that are not as easily addressed. The item has two separate matresses, one on the back of the sofa and one on the seat of the sofa. Note in the item picture that it appears to slope towards the middle when it's folded down for a bed. That is not an optical illusion. And then in the middle, between the two mattresses, there is a gap about 6 or 7 inches wide. This means that you slide towards the middle of the bed and into the gap between the mattresses. Quality of sleep suffers under these conditions. So buy it for a sofa but not for sleeping in on a regular basis.

I bought this sofa and at first loved it! My husband was getting up one day from it and used the arm and dented it by just putting his normal weight on it. It has never gone back and the same thing has happened to the other arm as well. I would recommend getting the sofa similar to this but with arm cushions. As far as the durability its just not keeping up well. I have to lay it down to try and puff out the cushions and even though the sofa allows you to put it in different positions the reclining one is the best, yet that makes the cushions almost dent where you were sitting once you get up. Just in case you are wondering Im 150 pounds. So if this is for everyday use, I would NOT get it, if its for a guest room I guess it would be worth it if it isn't used very much. I have had this sofa 9 months now.

Shipped very quickly. Easy to assemble, all tools were included. This item is even better than pictured. It has a metal frame like traditional futons but the frame is covered by fabric, very nice touch which makes this look more like a traditional sofa when it's not in the bed position. I love that to put it in the bed position doesn't require removing anything. You just click it and presto, it's a bed. I priced futons elesewhere and for this price you won't find anything nicer. Great value! I'd recommend this sofa.

i'VE ONLY OWNED THE SOFA FOR A WEEK BUT I GOTTA SAY THAT THIS IS ONE OF THE MOST COMFORTABLE COUCHES I'VE EVER SAT ON. IT TOOK ME ABOUT 45 MIN TO PUT IT TOGETHER BY MYSELF WITH EASE AND RIGHT AFTER IT WAS COMPLETED I DECIDED TO LAY ON IT TO TEST THE COMFORT OUT AND NEXT THING I KNOW ITS 5 HOURS LATER. IT WAS THE MOST COMFORTABLE NAP I'VE EVER HAD AND I'M NOT ONE TO TAKE NAPS DURING THE DAY. AS A BED ITS PHENOMENAL. I CAN'T SAY ANYTHING ABOUT HOW WELL IT HOLDS UP THROUGH TIME BUT I'M HOPING IT HOLDS UP AS WELL AS EVERYTHING ELSE ABOUT IT. I GOT AN INCREDIBLE PRICE ON IT AND ITS EASILY SOMETHING YOU'D SEE IN FURNITURE STORE FOR AT LEAST $1,000 AND EVEN FOR THAT PRICE IT WOULD BE WORTH IT SO FAR. i'M HOPING FOR THE BEST WITH ITS DURABILITY AND WOULD RECOMMEND THIS FOR ANYONE LOOKING FOR A NICE PIECE OF FURNITURE TO ADD TO YOUR HOME. IT TOOK ABOUT 6 BUSINESS TO GET HERE AND WASN'T EVEN WRINKLED. IT WAS PACKED GREAT. EVEN MY DOG LOVES IT AND HE NEVER SLEPT IN MY BED TILL I GOT IT. FUR EVERYWHERE! VERY EASY TO CLEAN THOUGH! I just purchased this couch/futon for my adult daughter who temporarily moved back home. The two of us were able to put it together quite easily. It looks great, and feels great. After using it for two weeks, we noticed a weakness in the seat of the couch that creates a small depression when it is open to the bed position. She puts a small pillow in the depression and is able to live with it, but it was disappointing. I would have returned it for another one, but the original packing was gone by then and it would have been more trouble in the end than it was worth. So as a couch, it's great, and as a bed it's great for occasional use only.

I really do love this couch. I've had this couch for almost 2 years now. This isn't a couch for daily use as it does create an indent when you sit in the same place over time. But I bought this couch for my office and for large family get togethers that needed to stay over. My husband and I did test drive the bed and neither of us had a hard time falling asleep in it. We really thought it was quite comfortable.

This was a great value. Not only attractive, but very comfortable. It was easy to assemble and lay down & put back up for sitting. This is perfect for a guest room, den or even a living room!

I've had this sofa not even two years and for the first year I hardly ever sat on it. In the past few months it's sunk in has sunk in the middle and I am now sitting or lying on the springs. Very uncomfortable. Big, big waste of money!

I am very disappointed in this product. Purchased the better quality for my spare bedroom and when converting to a bed the mattress and back separate and there is a foot gap between the two. I've tried rolling a comforter to put there but it still sinks and the sleeping stinks. Also, there is velcro on the arms and that will not hold.

Don't bother with this essentially disposable piece of furniture. If you're extremely cramped for space and need both a couch and a bed, then this *might* do it. Even still, it won't hold up very well and will be sagging ni the middle before you know it. Spend the extra money for a real couch and tell your friends they have to sleep somewhere else.

This sagged in the middle after only a few months and the only one who used it was my skinny husband.

i bought this couch last year and im very dissipoint it ,very hard to open and when you seat you can feel the metals ,very bad quality.please do not waste your money.

Great color, quick delivery but a little tricky to put together. The brackets did not seem right. After a few times of removing them, switching and studying them, got it figured out. It is nice to have a little help when putting together, could of used a second set of tools that came with the kit. Better pictures in the assembly guide would be nice also. Being used in a family room. Nice as a bed to use when needed. Overall, a happy camper!

This futon is much less "Futon-like" than I expected. I did not want a futon but was left with little choice after moving into an apartment that didn't have much room to move things in. This futon arrived in a long slender box, and being unassembled made it easy to get inside. I was surprised to find that the seat/mattress part was much softer and more comfortable than I expected. It's much more comfortable than sitting on a futon that just has a giant pillow as the seat and mattress. The only complaint I have about this futon is that sometimes the cushioned cover seems to raise up a little bit, and needs a little tweaking to get it to look "normal" once again. The color is also a lot darker than the color in the picture. It's more of a chocolate brown, but that worked out well for me. All in all, I'd say it's worth the value and then some. Its very comfortable, and doesn't have that traditional futon look.
