The order arrived when promised. Extremely well packaged -- no damage. We used these new nightstands, as cheap as they are, to replace two 70-year-old nightstands that have maple and walnut veneer, scultped classical or Art-Deco elements, dovetailed drawers, fine joinery, and no chipboard. Just because we were tired of them and they didn't match. Should have our heads examined. Oh, well.... My girlfriend and I needed more than an hour to assemble the first piece, and then maybe an hour for the second (identical) piece, but neither of us are mechanical geniuses. Best to have two people. The directions were OK but could be clearer in some places -- you need a sharp eye for detail to figure out some of the drawings. The directions specify that you just need a 4 mm Allen wrench, a Phillips head screwdriver (#2 is best), and a rubber mallet. We used a lightweight hammer and a rag as a cushion instead of a rubber mallet to tap components into place when necessary. We also used a variable speed drill as a screwdriver for driving the many chip-board screws in the assembly. Best to set the clutch on the drill to a very low setting (we used 2 out of 5 on our Makita drill) and do the final tightening by hand, as the chipboard is easily stripped. For one of the operations that involve driving a long screw, you will need an extension Phillips head bit. You can do it all with a plain screwdriver, but expect some blisters. All of the pre-drilled holes lined up well and the parts fit together OK. Biggest complaint about the assembly is the poor quality of the cam-locks that hold the furniture together. The posts that accompany the cam-locks are fine -- good steel; but the cam-locks that capture and hold the ends of the posts are a cheap, weak alloy such that I easily broke three of them accidentally, just by turning them as intended. And many have burrs on them that make it hard to insert them in their pre-drilled receptacles. Fortunately, the manufacturer supplies a few extra parts. Minor complaint: Assembling the drawers, I noticed that some of the drawer sides had split -- not disastrously -- where dowels are placed. We did not force the dowels in, so I was surprised to see this. I don't think these small cracks will affect the function or life or appearance of the unit. Although the instructions do not call for it, we glued the dowels in place and some of the mating surfaces. If you take this step, don't make any mistakes in the order of assembly or you will have a problem. We used the adhesive because we don't trust the poor quality cam-locks. The drawer bottoms and back of the cabinets are low quality but I think they will be OK under reasonable use. The drawers operate on good quality "self-closing" metal slides that screw neatly onto the bottoms of the drawer sides. Look carefully at the drawings, because it's easy to put the slides on incorrectly. The instructions do not ask you to drill pilot holes for screws that hold the slides, but we did so as it seemed likely that driving the screws would otherwise split the wood. We are happy with the appearance and function of the nightstands.

This sink is absolutely beautiful. Because of it's foil layer, when the light hits it, you get a 3-D or Hologram look to it - just fascinating. Everyone that has seen it has just raved how nice it is. The colors are beautiful and quite unique !!! I only have two "negatives" about it - one is that it is 18" in diameter, which is very large, but I am using it in a guest bath, so I don't mind - but a bit large for a master bath usage because it takes up so much space. The other is that in the picture, the colors are not quite right. I thought the blues were more "turquoise", but they are more blueish - which is ok. However, the outside of it definitely looked to be a dark brown, and it is not - it is black. But, neither one of those issues would want me to sent it back. I recently ordered two more of the Polaris "foil" sinks for my master bathroom. They are smaller in diameter (16.5"), and I can't wait to get them. Also, I got the waterfall fountain, and all the extras you need to install the sink including the sink ring, pop-up drain, and water lines included in the cost - it was really a great bargain and I am very happy,.

Great towels and great value - but my shipment included 3 bundles of 3 towels for 9 towels total - and each bundle consisted of 2 checked towels and 1 solid towel. I ordered the "moss" so received 3 solid moss towels and 6 cream/moss checked towels. There were no "striped" towels included at all. Product Description States: "Set includes solid, checked and striped designs" Either someone was drinking on the job while assembling the packs (interlocking plastic pieces holding the towels together was intact on each pack) or the manufacturer has changed the assortment and hasn't notified Overstock. But either way, this needs to be addressed so the assortment shipped matches the assortment photographed and described. Would have been 5 Stars if properly advertised.

I have one caveat. I could not fit a three-way CFL bulb in the socket because the base of the harp is only two inches wide. FIY, the harp is six inches tall.

Bought this mattress in May, it is very comfortable but noticed the seam ripping along the side a couple weeks ago, now the seam at the head of the bed is almost completely torn open just three months after we received it! My old queen-sized futon mattress lasted 6 years and never tore, so this was quite a surprise.

Bought two of these 3 years ago when I built a 5 foot by 6 foot double shower in our master bathroom. My wife and I both work and were tired of fighting each other for the shower every morning. Now we have two shower heads in the same shower. We get to talk in the morning and plan our day while enjoying the shower. If you are going to do a bathroom remodel, buy these *before* you begin. I did! It made a world of difference during construction because I could compare the plumbing, height, mounting clips and location in the shower. These are VERY tall. Which is awesome because you don't hit your hands on the head while washing your hair. The hose to the hand sprayer is long. The body sprayers are awesome. The rain shower is awesome. You should check your water pressure with a pressure gauge from home depot (~$10) before purchasing a rain shower like this one. The pressure gauge screws on your outside hose bib and measures the number of lbs of water pressure. I was told that 60 lbs should be sufficient for a single shower. Ours is 75 lbs...and there's plenty of water pressure to run all body jets, hand sprayer, and rain shower on both showers at full blast while at the same time our teenagers are showering in the other two bathrooms. In fact, each appliance (body jets, hand sprayer and rain shower) are on their own dial. Each dial controls the amount of water to that appliance. We rarely turn them over a 1/3 on because that's enough to feel excellent! Highly recommend this shower head...you will love it. Finally, remember that the 10 gal. per minute rating is with all 6 body sprayers, rain shower and hand sprayer on. Nobody does that! We have an 80 gal hot water heater. I stood in the rain shower for 35 minutes once because it was *really* cold outside. I never ran out of hot water. A rough estimate would be < 2 gal per minute with the rain shower going full tilt. A normal 1/3 turn doesn't come close to draining our hot water heater with 5 showers between 6:00 and 6:30 AM in the morning.

This is probably the best piece of furniture I ever bought. I've had it for 3 years and it still looks like new. I take good care of it and never sit on it so there's no sagging or anything on the top. The storage has been great. My living room looks very neat because I'm storing things in the compartments. I like the trays but rarely use them. The picture is very accurate.

Much bigger than I thought, but PERFECT! It's easy to scoot around the living room. Comfortable to sit on, and big enough for 2 people to easily use as an ottoman. Sits as high as my sofa cushions, and is deep enough that it can support the entire length of my legs across it, while sitting up. I think $ is a bit high for a large, nicely padded bean bag. I think $ would be more in the ballpark, but it was exactly what I needed.

The product is 86-144" listed on the box. I ordered this assuming it's a 2 pieces rod with the shortest being 90" and the longest at 144". I bought it intending to have a continuous rod at 90" without using the extension as I don't want to have the joint hindering curtain ring movement. Not only it's 4" shorter than advertised, this product is actually compose of 3 rods! There is one long-ish center-rod, then you pull out 2 rods on each ends...(one longer than the other). This should have listed in the product description. I wouldn't have ordered it knowing it's composed of 3 rods.

I wanted a mini chandelier in my master bath over the bathtub & thought this would fit the bill. We had to retrofit the previous recessed light that was in this space to fit this fixture and had to put a small medallion to cover the larger hole left by the recessed light. Installation was a bit tricky due to the retrofit, but once it was up, it was absolutely perfect! The light has been in place for 3 years and I just love it! I provides a bit of magic and sparkle to my bathroom, and provides just enough light to see at night without waking up my husband if I go to bed late. :) I do notice that bulbs tend to burn out more frequently in this fixture than others. I'm not sure if that is a function of the light being in the damp bathroom, the hanging which means it gets more vibrations (our laundry is on the second floor & master is on the first), or something to do with the quality of the fixture itself. Overall, I'd purchase again.

The description of this lamp is incorrect. I takes a maximum of 100 watts and is not a 3-way. It has an on/off switch on the cord itself. Very beautiful but that one feature is disappointing as I specifically wanted 3-way lighting. All unpacked and in place...too late now!! At least they look good!

When you buy something sight unseen online, you expect to take things that are not perfect with a grain of salt. I can honestly say this was one of the BEST purchases I've made online. I was more than pleasantly surprised by how solid the wood is. I also love the finish....it's not white-white...and its not yellow ivory...it's a creamy, slightlly distressed look. It's gorgeous. I have a 52" tv on top, and it fits perfectly....any bigger and I think it would start to extend on the sides wider than the fireplace itself. Two of us put it together...I see some people did it alone, and they have my complete respect...not that it was rocket science, but four hands are definitely better than two. The doors were a little tricky, but are even, and close nicely. I am not using the corner piece, so I left it off. I will say that the very tiny screws should have had holes pre-drilled, but we managed. We had no problem with the cam-locks. The fireplace is quiet, and I was nervous about the LED bulbs looking too "bluey-white", but they are warm and inviting. Overall, a very high-quality looking piece of furniture I will have for a long, long time. If I have to find one negative, it would be that the space for components is stingy It's only 5 inches -- so my cable box fit and fortunately I have a very, very slim DVD player. You have to put the components in from the back to utillize every bit of the 5 inches. Oh, I was missing one small piece which was a tiny block that the firebox sits on. Honestly, you don't need it. I called customer service and they sent the piece to me immediately. I get many compliments of this piece of furniture -- the price and quality are outstanding. Have some patience putting it together, and it's a winner.

This rug is not 3 x 5. While it is 60" long, it is only 29" wide. It will still work for me but I was disappointed that it was not the size advertised.

If you use the wrench provided, it is slow assembly. But it is not hard assembly at all. They fellow who complained did not realize that if he turned the wooden trays 180 degrees, they would fit fine. I'm saying the holes don't match up as labeled, but don't go get a hammer... just turn the tray to the opposite side and put B1 to B2, instead of B1 to B1. It's easy and the tray table is lovely and sturdy. Very sturdy. Good value. "Wrought iron" is not at all flimsy. The instructions were a little off though... I didn't try to do the assembly on the floor (you put the bottom tray on first and then work up to the top... so the "legs" are upside down to accomplish this.) I put the bottom tray upside down on my legs while seated on a chair. then I put the "wrought iron" sides into the hole and used a socket wrench of my own to quickly tighten the bolts. Then you put the second tray upside down and fit the upside down legs into those holes. The only thing people should now in all assemblies: never tighten more than ¼ turn past what feels tight and it sometimes is best if you put all bolts on about half way tight first. Then work your way around the unit to tighten fully.

This rug came rolled and was a little heavy to drag by myself. I ordered the 5x7. Once I got heaved it out of the bag, I noticed it had a llittle bit of new rug musty odor, as other reviews I'd read had stated. However, the odor has dissipated, and I truly do "heart" this rug. My main worry had been the black flecks you can see in the zoomed closeup. While it does have black, it's not noticeable and blends with the other fibers into a pleasing shade of silver. Kind of wishing I had gotten 2 of the 4-foot rounds, instead, but that's neither here, nor there. For what little I ended up paying, I am sincerely pleased with my very expensive-looking rug.

The Hawthorne nightstand was just what we were looking for. We needed a pair of tall & wide nightstands and were unable to find anything in the local furniture stores. The Hawthorne line is a classic look with rich, dark wood. The drawers are solid wood and the nightstands came fully assembled with the exception of the feet, which attached very simply into the pre-drilled holes. The furniture was very well protected in the shipping boxes, and although one of the boxes took a beating in transit, both nightstands arrived in perfect condition.
