Great over our pool table
This is a great light for our pool table, which is not in a basement, but in the main level of the house. We wanted something a little more mainstream, not billiard room styling. We received and installed this light, and realized one section was quite crooked. I email chatted with an Overstock.com rep and that went very well. A new light was sent very quickly. The second light actually had a similar issue, but I just put a little pressure on the crooked area and it is straight as an arrow now. I didn't see this light offered anywhere else and am happy to have found it. The customer service from Overstock was fantastic, and of course the return shipping of the faulty light was free.
- How did the color on site compare with the actual product? looks the same, very dark brown, blackish brown
- Please tell us about the quality of the product. manufacture of the light might not be the highest quality, but we were able to "adjust" it to make it perfect
