My husband purchased this knife for me and I absolutely love it. It cuts everything very easily. If you are not a chef, but want to upgrade your knife collection this is a good pick to start. The blade is extremely sharp and the handle is really sturdy.One thing, my hubbie did rinse the knife then immediately store it in the plastic protectant sleeve that came with it before it was totally dry, which resulted in a few rusty spots. The rust is gone now, it came off easily with a scrubber sponge and I blame him and not the knife. But even if the discoloration had remained, the knife works great. Quality product!
This knife is often horribly overpriced. Not the case here. It's worth every penny. It's beautifully structured and balanced. I would recommend it to anyone, except of course a serial killer.

I wish I would've discovered this sooner. I enjoy cooking but the prep work can be a chore. I am so pleased with this knife. Don't let the price fool you. I would gladly pay triple for this quality. I especially like the way it fits my hand. A joy to work with.

This is a great high quality knife. Alot like a wusthof for a fraction of the price. Holds a razor sharp edge that will glide through anything without force. comfortable weight and balance. I am a full time cook for a hilton hotel and I use this knife everyday, mainly for chopping vegetables. I refuse to spend tons of money on the expensive big name brands when I can get the same high quality steel for alot less at overstock.
