I was looking for a rug that could pull off a "folk art/arts & crafts" feel, but still had the elegant presence of a traditional persian rug. I bought the Lyndhurst 5x7 rug after reading the other reviewers' comments, and I am so happy I did! The rug is much more vibrant in person; the red is a deep true red (not burgundy or orange-red); there's black, light denim blue, medium olive green, light sage green, medium mustard yellow, and what looks to be orange on my computer is a very deep salmon color. The pile is thick and tight, very soft to walk on but feels very sturdy underfoot. The only problem I had was that one side didn't want to lay flat after I unrolled it from the shipping packaging. I had to set some heavy books on it for about a week before it would flatten enough so I wouldn't trip on it. I'm exceedingly happy about this rug and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a unique, less-formal-but-still-elegant rug.

Beautiful colors that go perfectly with my decor. Thick and luxurious. Vibrant colors. I put this under my dining room table over light colored carpeting to protect against spills. I figure with the multicolored rug, any stains wouldn't show as much as on my light colored carpeting. Makes my dining area look "pulled together".

I purchased this rug for my dining room and it really pulled the whole room together. The colors are rich and complimentary to the space. What amazed me most was that the rug layed flat immediately after unrolling! No egdes sticking up or weird waves. I highly recommend this rug.

This rug looks great in my living room. I love the colors. It brightens and warms my living room. It was delivered just a few days after ordering. I also purchased a rug pad so it lays flat and stays in place. Another plus is that my cat is not enticed to stretch her claws on the rug which was a big concern of mine.

I kept debating on whether or not I should buy this rug b/c of all the comments in regards to the colors not matching the picture. I will say the yellow color in the picture appears tan and the orange/red appears mauve once I received the rug. I still love this rug b/c it has a variety of colors in it to match any room. My room has maroon curtains and it works so nicely. The carpet has a shine to it which i think is why the colors a little more subdued in person. It also has a great price! Would purchase it all over again. Best rug for the price that I've seen anywhere.

Very nice rug. It arrived at my house in 3 days. This is my third rug from overstock. I received one damaged , but they are quickly resolving the problem. I will purchase a different rug from overstock, once my credit has been issued. This rug has many colors in it and will blend with most rooms. I bought this for my library. My walls are sage geen with dark cherry bookcases. The orange color does look a bit coral or pink ,like the previous customer mentioned. You cannot beat the prices, especially the shipping costs. Most places would charge $50.00 just to ship.

Be careful. It does not look like it appears on the website. Very cheap looking. Not worth the money

Nothing was wrong with this rug, but the pattern got "old" quickly and I've since replaced it. Make sure your room and your sensibilities allow for such a busy pattern

Teh rug does not show any traffic patterns. The colors have not faded. The colors are exactly what I wanted.

Ordered this carpet and was a little disappointed in colors. I looked at this rug on 3 different computer monitors before I ordered it. Too much maroon & oriential look to it. Other than that the carpet did lay down perfectly flat after a few days and is a good quality for the price.

My new rug was delivered within five days wich was great! I thought it would take longer.It was packaged very well, and much nicer then it even looked online.Im very happy with it looks great in my living room matches my curtains and couch niclely.It it also made very well, and nice and plush.Thank you Overstock!!!!!!!!

This has held up for a number of years now and still looks new despite being walked across daily. Comfortable and thick rug. The colors are slightly more pastel in person than you see in the picture, I would say the predominant color is a pale sage.

I've purchased area rugs in the same price range from Overstock in the past and was never really satisfied with the softness. This rug has restored my belief that you can find a soft, beautiful rug for under $200. I placed this at the foot of my bed and love stepping on it before going to sleep!

Thanks to all the great reviews, I bought it- and I am very happy with my decision! :-) The colors are as bright as in the picture. It has a soft, plush feel - and it was delivered in just 2 days! I also bought the runner in the same design - and now my living room looks great! The colors compliment everything else in the room- even my old sofas look better now- next to this rug!! Looks lot more expensive than it is. Great buy!

An excellent area rug for the price; colors are lovely and true to Overstock's photos. Bright but not gaudy with an intricate design; no bleeding between design areas and it is quite plush even without an under mat. Overall, a great deal.
