I like the look of the chair, but I bought it because it looked very comfortable. The chair looks good, but is very hard. If you are looking for that soft, cozy chair to curl up into, this is not it. The massage function works okay, but it really vibrates more than massages. I'll keep it for the look, but the functionality is minimal.
