This bedspread is of a much higher quality than we had anticipated. It has a rich appearance and is very well made. The only negative comment we have is that it is stiff and heavy as an 'extra blanket'. We especially appreciate it being offered as a bedspread and not a comforter which we do not like because they are too short on the sides as an extra cover while sleeping and do not wear well. We also don't like having to buy a bed skirt which are difficult to keep in place. We have looked locally for a bedspread like this for a long time. We recommend it to anyone.

This is a beautiful Spread. Generous size, heavy quality fabric, it looks luxurious. The reason I marked it down for comfort is for me it is too heavy to sleep under so the bed it too tight. Hard to move feet etc.... so I don't use it when sleeping, I bought it as a bedspread. I am so tired of dust ruffles and wanted something rich looking that would cover the bed! This is perfect!

I love this bedspread. It is exactly what I wanted for my guest room. The manufacturer didn't skimp on size, It touches the floor all around and looks great. It is even heavy enough to be extra cover on a chilly night. I feel I got a great deal. Thank you.

this is a really pretty bedspread. It's BIG! I have a queen size bed and this covers it - i mean REALLY covers it! Not to heavy -not to light. I'm glad I bought it!

I searched every store in my area for a new coverlet or bedspread when I recently remodeled my bedroom. White seems not to be "in", either because of the season or the locale. I was becoming increasingly frustrated. I found a few items similar to the white cotton quilt I was looking for, but nothing in pure white or the right style. A friend suggested Overstock.com so I tried it and was delighted to come across my quilt, hoping that it would be as good as it looked. When I received the box I was on the way out but had to have a glance. When I opened the package and looked through the plastic I couldn't help but smile, and when unzipping the bag and feeling the fabric, I shouted finally! After using the quilt, now it really is exactly what I envisioned and is very warm as well. I couldn't be more pleased with my quilt and the quick delivery as well.

I love the tailored, neat appearance of a bedspread and this one is perfect. I've paid twice as much for similar bedspreads in the past, and thought it a deal. This one is a steal.

The quilting workmanship is exquisite. I searched for 4 years for a solid, off-white, oversize bedspread that would go with special colorfully embroidered bed pillows I have. I have brought home and sent for and returned more than several and finally I had to purchase one, as mine was wearing through. This one is plenty big for our 22" deep mattress, it is slightly scalloped on the hems even at the top over the pillows. The color is a nice ivory. The only thing I don't like is that it is a little stiff because the stitching is close, which is actually a good thing. We sleep with the bedspread pulled up and it is a bit heavy to move under but keeps me nice and snuggy and the sides are long enough that there is no hogging the covers. The price on this is very pleasing too, I never thought I would be happy with something this price. The quality is very good. I would gift this to anyone and be proud of the gift. In this world of poor quality goods this is outstandingly well made. I admit I have not had to clean it yet but It looks like it would hold up. At least order it, I really feel you will keep it. The design is quite versatile. I have a Scandinavian style bedroom, but it would fit into a country style as well more elegant bedroom designs. Don't let the fact that it is quilted throw you off. This is not your stereotypical quilting. And I didn't have to wait long for it either. I am a satisfied customer.

Beautifull quilting - the design is lovely. Fits my king size bed well and looks wonderful with other coverlets. I have laundered the spread in my front loader and it came out looking great. I love 100% cotton quilts because of their ease in laundering and this one did not disappoint. The weight is perfect for our weather and works well over a down blanket on colder nights. I wish it came in colors other than white and ivory as I'd purchase another. Definately would recommend.

This was the first time I have ordered from Overstock.com. I was just hoping for the best and was very pleasantly surprised. The product was delivered in just a couple days. This bedspread is heavy and large. It is perfect for the cold weather in Michigan. I had looked for awhile for a new spread. This one was the deal I was looking for.

I received my bedspread very soon after placing my order and appreciated being told when it was being shipped. It is hard to order things of this nature because of a photograph but I am so very pleased with my new bedspread. The quality of fabric and the way it is woven are outstanding. It is soft and cozy without weighing too heavily on my body. Really like the fact that it reaches the floor so a bedskirt would not have to hide all the extra inches that a comforter usually exposes.
