I bought these for my bedroom mainly for privacy and wanted some light in the room. I was happy to find out, these curtains do both very well! They still bring plenty of light (I have these behind blackout curtains on a double rod) to the room which is exactly what I wanted. My bedroom faces the neighbor's house, so there is no reason to have my window open. The look is great! They even can handle my cat's nails when they decide to play behind the curtain:) Easy to care for, great purchase!Read More
Has a cream color, but the sun lets it look white at timesRead More
The curtain has a shimmer to it! I love the color and the texture !!Read More
This is a pretty drape, but poorly made. The top was not hemmed, the seams were crooked and sewn over in an attempt to fix the problem, with hanging threads everywhere! I needed a lined drape pronto, so I did not return it. Just hope no one looks to closely!Read More
I love these curtains. They are a bright pearly white with a bit of sheen to them. They are lined and allow some soft light in, but definitely plenty of privacy and enough light blockage to sleep in a bit. I have them in my bedroom and they give a luxurious look and feel to a somewhat casual room. Really great value for the price.Read More
Glad to FINALLY find white panels in this price range that let in natural light and still grant a comfortable level of privacy. The panels are not lined, but the material is thick enough to only create a very faint silhouette of a person sitting next to them at night with a ceiling light on. The curtain is not quite the "luxurious silky panel" I thought it would be. However, I'm no textile expert, so I may have just expected too much from faux silk polyester. The pictures make the panels look very smooth, when in actuality they have fragmented lines in them, characteristic of linen. Overall, though, for a simple, clean look these are a wonderful addition to a casual setting. For a more formal area, they have the potential to blend nicely, dependent upon the surrounding decor.Read More
These were not hemmed evenly on the edges which made them look cheap. You get what you pay for. The material does have a nice sheen thought, craftsmanship was lacking.Read More

How to Measure for Curtains
Curtains add privacy and style to a room, but before you buy a set, you'll need to know which size is right. You'll find that curtains usually come in lengths of 63 inches, 84 inches, 95 inches, 108 inches, and 120 inches. The length you choose will depend on the look that you want as well as the placement of your curtain rod.
How to Adjust Tension Rods
Curtains are a great way to accent the decor in every room in the house. Tension rods, also called spring rods, are curtain hardware which allow you to hang window curtains, wall curtains or shower curtains without installing curtain rod hardware on the walls. If an existing tension rod slips or if you want to change the curtain panels or add curtain rings, you may need to remove and adjust the rod before putting it back in place. Tension rods are positioned between two facing surfaces, such as the interior frame of a window or the opposing sides of a shower cubicle.
How to Hang a Valance and Curtains
Hanging a valance and curtains over your window will add dimension, texture and style to any room. Window curtains with a valance give your window treatments a finished, designer look. If you want to block out light, a valance and full-length blackout panel curtain is your best choice. If you are more interested in decoration and only need to block minimal light, then a valance over sheer curtains is a good choice. It's important to measure the window and decide what type of curtains you want before you buy the curtain hardware. A cafe rod will be sufficient to support a sheer curtain, but you will need a stronger curtain rod to support heavier fabrics such as blackout panels. Also, the larger the window, the sturdier the curtain rod will need to be.
Tips on Using Cloth Shower Curtains
Shower curtains drastically change the look of a bathroom, and cloth shower curtains can take bath decor from mediocre to magnificent. Cloth shower curtains, also known as fabric shower curtains, have been around for ages, but they lost some of their popularity to vinyl shower curtains in the last few decades. Cloth shower curtains have reemerged as one of the most sought after bath products in recent years. While vinyl shower curtains are practical and low cost, a cloth shower curtain is a great choice if you're concerned with making your bathroom a place you love to be.

In addition, blackout window treatments help you conserve energy by keeping heat in and cold out or vice versa. You have two choices when it comes to installing blackout curtains: You can buy curtains that come with blackout liners already sewn in, or you can add panels of blackout fabric to the curtains you already own.
