The spec says that the grommet is 3.75". That should fit a 1.5" rod with no problem. But I saw a question/answer on the same curtain but different color that the grommet was 3.75 cm, not inches, and you don't recommend a rod larger than 1.25". Which measurement is correct? I need to fit a 1.5" rod. Thank you.

these curtains are lovely. The first problem was that the top portion of the curtain was a darker color than the picture. That ended up being fine. It still works with our room, but we were definitely surprised. the other problem was that some of the curtains were damaged when we opened them so we had to return them, but the ones that weren't damaged were quite nice.Read More
The curtain look fine but compare to my other curtains. The fabric is thin and low quality.Read More
Well the first thing is I ordered the wrong color. The beige/brown and the gold/brown both look the same on-line. When I finally decided this is what I wanted I selected the the gold/brown in error but since it was too late to cancel the order I decided to wait and see how gold they were (thinking I could always use them in the bedroom). Actually they are a very soft creamy gold. Not a heavy gold. The worked just fine in the room I wanted them for. Once thing I noticed was there was lots of threads between the two panels (as they are lined) and at first I thought no way, these will have to go back. Then I realized the lining is NOT sewn to the curtain at the bottom, so was able to just reach in there are get them out. Also even though they are lined the light still comes through them during the day as they are very lightweight. They do look darker in the evening. Overall, yes - I am pleased with them. Great value for the money. I got two pairs (for a large living room window) and drape the front panel during the day leaving the rear panel hanging down behind.Read More
made well and exactly what I was looking for for my dining room.Read More
Nice curtain, looks expensive. I have them in my home office. There is a nice sheen to them, but not too much as to look tacky. I will probably purchase another color in the same curtain soon.Read More
These curtains were exactly what I thought they would be! The color looks exactly like the picture, and the material is perfect. The price here was HALF of what I found elsewhere.Read More
Like the other reviewers said, the color is more of a dark gold color rather than cream. Fortunately for me, that is what I was looking for. These curtains are priced extremely low if you're looking for 120" length. Having said that, the quality is not that of my other curtains that cost $120 for ONE panel but when these only cost $20, what do you expect? From a distance they look like real silk and I think the modern color blocking is fresh and up to date.Read More
Beautiful curtains, good price, but the taupe isnt the cream/khaki color as shown in the photo. the taupe is more gold/beige, which is also very lovely, just didn't match the creamy off white I was hoping for.Read More
Very pleasantly surprised at how much I liked these curtains. I am ordering more of them. Colors were lighter than they appeared in picture. Chocolate is light. Taupe is a light straw gold color. Curtains have a nice sheen through them which makes them look expensive. I have seen similar styles of curtains in some of the designer for less stores but these are better quality as far as the fabric used and the vibrancy of the color.Read More

They say these are energy saving. Does that mean they have a lining? Do I need to buy a sheer white curtain to layer underneath?
Thank you for contacting us jenw22. This item has a polyester lining. It is not enough to block out light. Please let us know if you have any further questions.
lining is thin, off white in color, but they so have a lining but thin. these curtains are beautiful looking.
Yes they have a lining but its very thin. I don't think I'd categorize these in energy saving. They do keep some light out though. Yes I would buy sheer white if you want more light saved.
what color is the inside lining facing the window?
in side lining is off white, not white-white.
what is the grommet measurements on these?????
The grommet measurement is 3.75 inches. Thank you.
What is the width of these curtains? Specifically for the 94 inch long ones?
Another site gives the width of these curtain panels as 54 inches.
How to Adjust Tension Rods
Curtains are a great way to accent the decor in every room in the house. Tension rods, also called spring rods, are curtain hardware which allow you to hang window curtains, wall curtains or shower curtains without installing curtain rod hardware on the walls. If an existing tension rod slips or if you want to change the curtain panels or add curtain rings, you may need to remove and adjust the rod before putting it back in place. Tension rods are positioned between two facing surfaces, such as the interior frame of a window or the opposing sides of a shower cubicle.
How to Hang a Valance and Curtains
Hanging a valance and curtains over your window will add dimension, texture and style to any room. Window curtains with a valance give your window treatments a finished, designer look. If you want to block out light, a valance and full-length blackout panel curtain is your best choice. If you are more interested in decoration and only need to block minimal light, then a valance over sheer curtains is a good choice. It's important to measure the window and decide what type of curtains you want before you buy the curtain hardware. A cafe rod will be sufficient to support a sheer curtain, but you will need a stronger curtain rod to support heavier fabrics such as blackout panels. Also, the larger the window, the sturdier the curtain rod will need to be.
Tips on Using Cloth Shower Curtains
Shower curtains drastically change the look of a bathroom, and cloth shower curtains can take bath decor from mediocre to magnificent. Cloth shower curtains have reemerged as one of the most sought after bath products in recent years. While vinyl shower curtains are practical and low cost, a cloth shower curtain is a great choice if you're concerned with making your bathroom a place you love to be.
