Wonderful
I received this product recently and am very pleased. I use it pretty much all day and all night. It's very easy to use and is almost completely silent. I really like the fact that I can choose between cool and warm mist. I've only been using it on the cool setting so far but have tried the warm setting once and was glad to learn that the water doesn't get boiling hot. It does a nice job of keeping my bedroom comfy. Best part is that I can set it to whatever humidity level I want and just leave it to do its job. Although a bit spendy, this humidifier is much better than some of the bargain ones I've bought in the past.

Gets the job done
Will relieve waking up dry. Needs to be refilled nightly, and has never really satisfied, but I maybe using it in too big of a room.

Works great!
This is a nice humidifier and is providing relief to my mom who lives in Vegas (think hot hot and dry). Design is very cool and not as "appliance-y" like other ones out there. She likes the option of warm and cold mist. So far, so good!!

Good customer service
Unfortunately, I have had a few problems with this unit, but the company's customer service has been excellent. They have addressed the problems immediately. The first unit I received didn't work correctly out of the box. The company immediately replaced it. The second unit worked very well for a few months, and then the mist stopped coming out of the unit. It seemed to be stuck inside the unit, and would seep out the bottom instead. The company replaced that unit as well, so I am on my 3rd. I live in Arizona where it has been extremely dry the past few months, so I use the humidifier daily. I would recommend the unit based on the company's great customer service, and maybe it would last longer for someone who uses it less frequently than I do.

New to Buying Humidifiers?
My doctor advised I get a humidifier for my bedroom at night so I made this first humidifier purchase. I likely needed something bigger and more powerful for the room I am in (high ceilinged and large) but that was my error, not the product's fault. For a small portable humidifier for a smaller space, this works well. I will use it in the guest room in the dry mountain summers when guests who struggle with our high altitude climate come to Montana, and I will likely buy a larger humidifier for my room at some point. Product works fine and seems to be well-made and durable.
