I ordered this tv stand because my coffee table and end tables have slate insets. This stand is a little darker than what's shown in the picture, but I'm okay with that and the faux slate looks very realistic. If you touch the faux slate, you can tell that it is some type of rubber or vinyl. This is a small piece of furniture which is exactly what I needed. I don't think it could stand anything bigger than a 47" tv, which is what we have. I am very impressed by the quality of the piece. It is not cheap pressboard and is very sturdy. I'm very happy with my purchase.

Quite easy to put together. beautiful piece. None if it is cheap pressed board, very sturdy and quality wood. I wish it were a little taller than it is but still love it

Lovely hardwood and easy to put together. Great price. It holds my new 46" TV perfectly, but I think anything larger would be too big. It is advertised as holding up to 52", but a TV over 46" would hang over the sides. It would be nice if there were shelves inside the cabinets doors for easier storage, but that is really my only complaint. All in all, I'm extremely pleased!

Very nice solid piece of furniture for the price. The heavy-duty real wood pieces are of great quality, unlike the cheaper brands of you-put-it-together furniture. Easy enough time putting it together. This finished product looks great; wonderful quality and perfect size for our not-very-big living room and 40-inch flat screen tv.

The media stand is great. I would recommend this product. It is solid wood. The color is a little darker than the picture and the shelves are not that wide, but it will fit a standard cable box and dvd player.

We are very pleased with this tv stand. It is a little darker than it looked in the picture but that is ok. We did not have too much trouble putting it together. The space in the middle could be a little wider but our dvd player squeezed in. Not much room for air to flow though.

This piece was the easiest assembly I have encountered for furniture. The instructions were clear and the work required was easy. A little caution with the hinge installation is all that is required since the metal used is a little soft. Once put together it is a gorgeous piece. It is small but the dimensions tell you that right up front. A great item at a great price.

This is a really nice TV stand. It compliments my bedroom in so many ways. It has a nice, rich finish. The TV looks amazing sitting on it. It is very durable and can hold my 52" television with no problem.

This is an attractive TV stand that appears to be fairly sturdy. The only complaints that I have are the color is more of a cherry than brown as it appears in the pictures and the top was bowed slightly when I assembled it. To prevent it from bowing further, I put a couple of wood blocks underneath the vertical supports toward the center. I am amazed that an 80-100 lb piece of furniture can be delivered for under $3. Good buy.

The TV stand looks nice and has real looking slate on front doors. The wood is nice. I would definitely recommend to anyone who is looking for a TV cabinet.My TV cabinet is the second furniture purchase from Overstock. I am very happy with my purchase.

I was looking for something to match the tables I have and the stone on the front of this piece matches perfect. The wood color also matches my existing tables...It looks great.

While this piece look good by itself, in a room with other furniture, it look like it belongs in a doll house! Beware when thinking of buying it that the piece is very, very small and very low to the ground which makes TV viewing while laying on the couch difficult to see over your coffee table. The piece itself is very handsome though.

It looks good in the picture, but what a piece of junk. Shoddy workmanship and cheap materials.The edges of the table were poorly finished, looked like they had been scratched along the edge. I had to touch up the whole top edge.The wood was very soft. There were two major scratches on the inside, one about 6" long.We didn't have enough of the right kind of screws.The screws used for the door fasteners were too long and made a "bubble" on the inside of the cabinet.The faux slate decor was barely glued on on one door. I had to glue it on securely.One door had cracks where the hing screws were supposed to go. We tried wood putty to reinforce, but ended up calling them for a replacement part.The back (cardboard) wasn't cut perfectly, so didn't fit well in the shallow grooves, so the top was difficult to get on square, and we couldn't make it fit together perfectly. You can't really tell just looking, but I had much better workmanship and ease of assembly with a cheap Sauder bookcase, for heavens' sake!We were very disappointed. We'll never buy furniture without physically laying eyes on it again.

Wow! I love my new TV media stand. It is so pretty and the quality is very nice. The size is just perfect since my room is small. The stand is very unique in style with the slate decor in front. I love shopping at Overstock.com. The shipping charges can't be beat for such a big item. The delivery was very quick and nothing was damaged in the process. Looking forward to shopping at your store to finish my Christmas shopping.

We also had problems with the backing which made other pieces not fit properly. It is rather small and will not hold the components. This item is the only item I have been displeased with from overstock. It is not worth the money and an item this size that you had to assemble is hard to return.

This stand does not seem to hold our 42 inch television. It is quite small and the cable box will not fit in the center openings It was relatively easy to assemble and looks just like the picture, but the size makes it totally useless to us. Make sure to measure your components before purchasing this item.

I just got this stand and put it together. It was pretty easy to put together except that the backing on it was a little too tall causing problems with the top fitting properly. It took some maneuvering to get it to work. Once put together it
