LoveSAC completely flattens out, unlike the ones purchased from the manufactures website. I have friends whose LoveSac holds it shape & retains it comfort, this one just flattens completely out (apparently not enough filling). You can fluff the filling back up, but you sink back down to the ground. To top it off, the cloth material already has pills & fuzz after just a couple of weeks, hate to see what it will look like in a few months.

My husband and I loooove our new LoveSac. It is super-cozy, and we can both sit on it very comfortably. The price here is such a great deal compared to the in-store price, too! That is the only reason we could justify buying a large bean bag. Although, I really feel that it is more like a piece of furniture than a bean bag, so the cost makes sense. It took about a day to fully fluff up after purchasing. The only reason I give it 4 stars instead of 5 is that it is very heavy which makes it difficult to fluff. The foam will mold to your sitting position, so we have found that it is best to fluff it every other day or so. That gets annoying, but the comfort is well worth the tiny annoyance. Oh, and my cat loves it too. He thinks it is his own, personal, King-sized bed. Ha!
