I was impressed with how good this looks - it's perfect in my small living room in the corner. There are a lot of pieces but the instructions are clear and I did it myself! I looked for a long time for a cabinet and as usual, Overstock had the best value.

you get what you pay for, and this is a very nice product for a very good price. The assembly is not bad at all...the first couple steps are 5+ steps each, but afterwards goes smoothly. The cardboard backing was tough to fit perfectly, but it was close enough. The door hinges were tough again to make it perfect, but I did close. It took less than a very leisurely 2 hrs from start to finish. We wanted something for the TV that would be tough to climb for our son, and secure the tv. The wood is composite wood, but very 'high-end' composite wood. The paint is certainly antique white, and we like it. It can fit in a corner, or stand out from a flat wall about 10 inches. We had one part that the paint had rubbed off in the package, a front piece. It was not necessary for structure, so I called the manufacturer for a new one, and they sent it within a week, no hassle.The back cardboard piece is painted like everything else, which actually makes it look really nice from the sides...although you di have to bend the cardboard in the back, and this peels the paint a bit.All the holes, supplies were there...and plenty of leftover parts too if needed.My wife and I are very happy with the product, especially at such a low price.It even comes with a strap so it can be secured to the wall!!

I like the product but no where could I find on the description does it say its made more for a corner. You can't tell in picture but the sides are angled back so it doesn't look that good just sitting along an open wall.
