Lorren Home Gold Paris 49-piece Dinnerware Set

One box was of excellent quality. The second had defective dinner plates. There was obviously moister still in the dishes when they where finished and thus there are bubbles everywhere. The rest of the dishes were fine in both sets,it was just the one set/batch of dinner plates that were not properly kilned. The pattern is much nicer in person than on the webpage. It has a lovely gold edge and taupe stripes on the rim. The stripes have a fine white design painted on them. I washed the dishes as indicated in the dishwasher and they came out beautifully.

• How did the color on site compare with the actual product? better, in the website it looks pinkish on the plates but they are really pale taupe stripes with a fine while delicate design.
• Please tell us about the quality of the product. I ordred two sets. The first was perfect and really lovely. In the second box the eight dinner plates were not properly made - they all had pox marks and two with places were the paint was dripped on the white plates. I wish both sets of dinner plates were like the first box.
• How accurate was the on site description of the product? good but please note that on the back of the plates it say dishwasher safe not microwave. The description says microwate.
