    The couch came wrapped VERY WELL so no damage in shipping. It was light enough for my husband & I to carry down the basement rec room with no problem. It fits together pretty well for a sectional even when you get to that last piece, but have a flashlight handy to see between the sections. One other thing....don't let your dog on the sofa. We did get one small scratch on a leather seat and now have banned ours and any guest dogs from being on the sofa. All in all, pretty good value for the $.

  • Great Value with Great Price!!

    We love our new reclining sectional sofa, especially for the price. It is kind of unique as it has 3 recliners in the unit. Be really careful with your measurements as I thought based on the sizes given by Overstock that I would have had 6 inches to spare at each end, but there is no excess room. Also want to give a big shout out to Mid Atlantic Mvg and Dist out of Atlanta, GA, the company that delivered and set up our sofa. Those guys were great.

    • How did the color on site compare with the actual product? Sofa is dark brown bonded leather just as shown.
    • Please tell us about the quality of the product. Sofa is sturdy with great support in the seat and back cushions.
    • How accurate was the on site description of the product? Description was accurate however need more close up pictures. Was presently surprised when the 2 wedges had cup holder and store compartments in them.

    Ok the product is great. What you have to be aware of is the delivery. It comes on three pallets and if your not home to take delivery and make the delivery persons move the pallets around then your liable to have this dropped in the middle of your driveway or yard nearest the street. That part was a little disappointing. The excellent quality of the product and ease of set-up make up for this however. Finally, do yourself a favor and purchase those furniture sliders to move this around to get it in place and adjusted otherwise it is a two-three person job once assembled.

    The sofa is very nice, I love the reclining chairs and the storage sections, however this is not leather and should not be referred to as such. I am very disappointed in the quality of the fabric, it feel very cheap.

I just got the sectional set. I like it a lot but I am having difficulty with the reclining chairs pulling out and folding up. Mostly folding up. I have to get out of the chair and push the foot rest down. My questions are: Is this something that will loosen over time? It can be difficult to close the footrest when you're sitting on it, because of how your weight helps put it into the recline position. There are no customer reviews about having difficulties with this on the product. overstockcustomercare1 on Dec 15, 2012
