London Basic Platform Queen Natural Bed

I brought this bed for my 6 year old daughter. It is very true to the other reviews. The only thing wrong is the color as opposed to the picture. The color is not the nice choclate but a very light wood. Otherwise great bed for the money, easy to assemble and still working fine after one year of kids jumping on it!

After searching through many platform beds I decided on this one. I was a little confused as to whether or not this was unfinished wood, but decided to take my chances. When I opened the bed I found that it had a natural finish and a light varnish. This frame is very solid. Don't believe me? Ask my dad who kept repeating that phrase as he kindly assembled the pieces. I am extremely happy with my purchase and would recommend this item to anyone!

Its great! way easy to build. I think it took me 10 minutes to put together. Looks great. but If I were to complain about anything is the leg post stick out a bit and kill your toes sometimes. Other than that its a great buy very sturdy and NOT made from particle board. Its solid wood with steel brackets.

I am very happy with my purchase overall! The only thing that was different than what I expected was the color. I ordered "natural" thinking it would look like the picture of the product displayed, but actually it's a very light, pine looking color. Otherwise, everything else was great and it took just an hour to set up with the help of my roommate. Neither of us is amazingly gifted with putting things together so I think it was a rather painless process considering all the terrible moments with other assemble-yourself-furniture I've had in the past. I'm using it as a platform bed and I'm happy with the amount of slats and the reinforced bar with legs under the bed.
