This bed arrived in two boxes. It had too may parts and poor instructions. My poor husband tried to ensemble it, but couldn't make sense out of the instructions. Not a job for someone who doesn't normally handle tools or knows anything about carpentry. The day I called, everyone at Overstock was out due to a company holiday. I went into Live Chat and after one hour of chat, I was told to drop the (heavy) packages at the nearest UPS. I persisted and finally they decided to call UPS to pick up the packages. We have bought all kinds of products from Overstock and always have been satisfied. But this was a terrible experience.
