Negative reveiw
We bought this pan as a replacement for a Lodge cast iron pan of the same size as my wife has a problem lifting the heavier skillet. While this lighter pan cooks great, we noticed that the center of the pan bottom has crowned and is not flat. This becomes a problem if one is frying cutlets or other thin items. The oil forms around the outside edge leaving the center high and dry.

Rocks, Not Flat
The first pan I received ws not flat so it rocked on top of my ceramic top stove. If it were a gas stove with a grate top, it might not have been an issue but for an electic stove, I wouldn't recommend it. However, the replacement pan I just received in exchange is in fact flat on the bottom. However, the 10" pan and it's replacement were both not flat so I will be returning it.
