Better than expected
I ordered these to replace the hand-me-down dining chairs I had before. They arrived on time and were relatively easy to put together. The trickiest part was getting the angle of the leg right so the screws went in smoothly. Balancing was simple and I was able to assemble all four chairs, by myself, in less than an hour while watching TV. They look great and are quite comfortable. A great addition to my home.

Great value
Very good quality for the price. Looks good and the backing on the chair is by far one of the more comfortable of any of my chairs without looking weird or tacky. There was some assembly required but the directions were simplistic enough.

Great Chairs - difficult assembly
These chairs are excellent, but as others have written, a challenge to assemble. After putting the seat and legs together by hand tightening you are supposed to sit "lightly" on the chair and then fully tighten the bolts. Exactly how do you do that? I finally put a storage bin on the seat weighing about 25 lbs. and then laying on my back tightened the bolts. It takes a bit of time and making adjustments so a leg doesn't 'pull in' and make the chair unstable. The back of the chairs also form the rear legs. One of the chairs we received the legs were 1/2 inch different in length from where the seat is attached making for a chair that had three legs on the floor and one leg up 1/2 inch. I called customer care and the lady said they would ship me a new chair. They did and it arrived three days later. I was also told to just dispose of the unstable chair and not to worry about shipping it back. The representatives and followup emails were great.

Comfy chairs
I have these for about 6 months and they are very comfortable and light. Nothing has changed until now.

Assembly a challenge
Chairs look really nice once assembled but the screw holes did not match up correctly and the legs on the back had to be shaved to fit in the allotted space. I'm lucky my husband is a carpenter. I wouldn't have been able to get these together and I have assembled lots of furniture on my own.

Chairs are comfortable and good looking, they are made of materials comiserate with the price so they do feel lighter than all wood dining room chairs. I cant really say much about the quality, because for me its how much use did it provide for the price and we have only owned them for a month.
