fresh grain can't wait to sprout
Sad but somewhere along the line my order was lost and within 1 day I was refunded...great customer service...re-ordered and received within 3 days...yay! Sprouting is easy and everyone should be doing it...Cooking baking with sprouted spelt flour is a trick and once you learn how to cook with this flour you will be amaze how healthy you will feel. My husband is a diabetic, takes 4 to 5 shots a day. He get so depressed because he can not eat food! I have been reading on sprouted spelt flour and decided to try it and see if it will help...YES!! my husband now can eat noodles, bread and only takes 2-3 shots a day. I was so amazed when I made homemade noodles, he could eat spaghetti. Now remember I cook different then most. I buy organic pork, beef or grass feed. In the summer I have a large garden and grow all my veggies. I do a lot of sprouting too. I have lost over 40-lbs I have never felt this good in my life...A whole new world has opened up 4 my family...Everyone should be eating organic sprouted spelt flour and know more white, or wheat...its bad 4 you unless you sprout it... If you have cancer stay ways from all carbs...cancer loves sugar. Sprouted spelt flour is like eating veggies.
