I was not sure if i would buy this bed with no reviews to compare it to but i am glad that i did its just like it is in the pic and got to me before the mattress that i ordered for it so delivery is very fast its a very solid bed very easy to put together about 30 minutes is all it takes and will fill up any bedroom with no squeak or noises of any kind and i am a big man and can sit on the side of my bed without touching the floor something i could never do with my old bed so its pretty high so take a chance u won't be disappointed i wasn't and glad of it

I am delighted with this bed. It was an inexpensive way to freshen a room that had a tired look. It was delivered within a few days of the order. I am very pleased with it.

I was very impressed with the purchase of this bed. The bed arrive within four days of purchase everything was well packaged and the intructions were easy to follow. The bed is strudy and well made ,for the price i paid i couldn't believe the quality and the deilvery cost. I am about bargains but this was more than bargain, very cost effective. I would recommend this product to anyone who doesn't want to spend an arm and a leg for a bed.

This purchase was one that I spent a lot of time investigating. I love my bed, it is very attractive as well as sturdy. It was easily assembled. The price was impressive also.

I purchased the frame for a spare bedroom and am pleased with it, it was a bit bulkier than I had thought it would be but it still has the look and feel of a much more expensive headboard ( I did not use the footboard due to space). The nice thing about this set is that it comes with the extenders for both ends so if you only need a headboard, you have another headboard to use elsewhere or give is away as I did.... It was a great buy for the price and it is sturdy and I believe it will last for many years.....plus it was simple to put together.

I was torn between buying this bed or not after reading some of the other reviews, but I bought it anyway because I really liked what I saw! I'm sooooooooo very glad I did. This bed absolutely requires a box spring. In no way is that optional. Nowhere in the description is this specified. No, your foam mattress will not just sit on it. If you want to use this bed, you have to get a box spring. I won't fault the bed for this lack of information, but this is likely the last bed that I'll buy from Overstock.com. Yes, it says that the box spring is not included, but given that this is a bed with a frame, one could think that would mean that it can support a mattress. This is simply not true. I had the thing put together in probably 20 minutes. Looks great, except that the mattress will slip through the frame. Maybe it's the foam mattress that isn't exactly queen sized, but regardless it will simply not stay in the frame. All "O.co" (HATE this, btw) needs to do is put on their beds whether or not they are usable without a box spring, and I'm sure I'm not the only one that would greatly appreciate this kind of information.

I like the bed for the price. I did however have trouble with the headboard as it comes in two pieces that have to be put togther. Sounds simple enough but they fit so tightly it was impossible for me to work them together and keep the bottom holes (for bolting to frame) in the right position. I had to bolt the bottom to the frame and then try to add the top piece. I busted out the WD40 to try to help the pieces go together but no amount of my girly arm power could get it all the way down. It's close and not noticeable so no biggie.

I bought the frame for my son. It was easy to put together and it looks great and made well. Three of us jumped on it after we had it together. It doesn't shift or squeak!! It is appealing to men or women. I feel it was a great deal and it will last forever.

This is the second order of this bed. I ordered one for my son and my other son just ordered the bed for his apartment. The bed is trong, very sturdy and well constructed. Would definitely recommend this bed to anyone in the market for a classy look.

I have been a BIG cheerleader of overstock.com. love most purchases. this particular one i went a bit cheap, and i got what i paid for. Bed doesnt look as nice as the photo ( i know, how can that be? ) and it feels flimsey. I would spend a few hundred more and go to teh baroque styles offered on here.

This bed was exactly what I needed for my new guest room. It's a good quality and grreat value for the price. Looks very elegant! It went together easily and I didn't follow the instructions included with it, didn't need to.

I truly like the bed and so does my daughter (it's her bed). I was a little disenchanted when the foot board came with a big dent in it. I contacted Overstock and they sent a new one immediately. Image my dismay when the "new" footboard shows up with a dent in it also (just in a different place). We made the decision to just use the second footboard and not hassle with getting a new one. So my suggestion.................. check the bed parts out throughly before putting them together and throwing away the box :).

I bought this frame looking for something with a liitle more support after i put it together i was very sattisfied the frame has a great support system. the only complaint i could make is that the frame is a little longer than i had expected but was no big deal.

This bed is exactly as pictured. We were looking for something sturdy yet attractive for our Bonus Room above the garage, which will double as our son's home and where guests will stay when visiting. I picked out the bed then showed it to my son for his agreement. (I wasn't sure if he would think it wasn't masculine enough--but he liked it, too). I bought a mattress set in my home town and together the bed frame and the mattresses have been the perfect purchase. The Overstock bed price was very affordable.

The bed frame is very sturdy. The bed is very nice and dresses up a room. This was a good purchase. The black macthes any type of wood dressers.
