Love the color and it works well in the space it is in. I had intended it for a bedroom but found it was not as comfortable as I want.

I have actually owned this chaise for 2 years now. It has held up well & still looks lovely in my corner nook. It is as others described as pretty hard, so not so comfortable if looking for a cushy sit. The only thing I would say to dog owners, is because of the darkness & type of fabric, it does attract dog hair, so I'm constantly brushing it. Other than that, it was a good purchase.

This purple chaise is a personal favorite of mine. It was a bit of a pain to put together by myself, but it's comfortable especially with the addition of a small backroll pillow. I have a small apartment and without room for a couch, it's the go-to lounging place for movies and playing on the laptop. The color is a lovely deep plum purple, not too bright and definitely not garish. It'd go well with a more subdued color scheme as well as brighter jewel tones. When I move and buy other furniture I don't feel like incorporating it into a color scheme will be difficult.

This lounge was just what I was looking for! When it arrived I was pleasantly surprised to find it was even nicer than I expected. It was easy to put together and soft and COMFORTABLE! I love it!

The chaise is beautiful, but alittle difficult to assemble. The value of the chair can't be beat!

Fairly comfortable, nice deep color of purple, good size and could allow two people to recline on simultaneously. The color doesn't really go with the theme of our loft but my wife got it so whatever...its more of a modern piece; i do lke the curve of the chaise that allows for a very comfortable experience.

I would definetely recommend this chair. The reviews from past customers are pretty accurate. My husband and I were looking for a comfortable chair where both of us could sit in it. We wanted something not too big, not too small, the color had to be right and of course with a good price tag. We thought it would be really difficult to find a chair to meet all of our requirements but boy were we lucky to find this chair on overstock.com! The assembly of the chair was not super easy but manageable. One of the legs on the rear end was shorter than the other but I called the customer service of the chair manufacturer noted on the instructions and they mailed a replacement right away. The chair looks perfect in this little corner of our living room where the space is set for reading and listening to music. The material is very nice, the purple is a very dark purple, almost black so it's not like you'll end up with a furniture with funky purple. This was my first time ordering furniture on the web, I was a little hesitant but went ahead with it. I'm glad I did.

Received my lounge within three days of placing the order. It arrived in a single large box. It was very simple to put together, just awkward because I did it myself. I would recommend two people; one to hold the pieces and one to place and tighten the bolts.The lounge is beautiful. The color is indeed a very dark purple and fits well in my decor. It was larger than I was picturing; it can easily hold two people side-by-side lounging, and three people side by side upright! It was the perfect solution for my seating needs.The lounge is also quite solid and well-made, and very comfortable. I would highly recommend it to anyone wanting some extra seating that is unconventional.

The chaise arrived 3 days after it was purchased with all components in a single (and large) box. A small hex key was provided so no extra tools were needed, though we used an electric drill/driver which sped up the assembly. Due to the size of the pieces, it may be a bit challenging to assemble alone. The color is a deep purple as stated in the description and is very firm. I am very happy with my purchase.

We wanted a unique chair for the corner of our office. We researched other web sites and selected this chair due to it's contemporary style, the price and free shipping. Shipping was fast and it came in great condition. It was very easy to assemble. It is a very dark eggplant color as anticipated, dark enough that some people might wonder if it were black, so that be a concern for some who really wanted a purple that stood out. We added beige, fuzzy cylindar roll pillows for contrast and also lumbar support. So it looks very sharp. The chair is very firm which works well for sitting in and reading. If you are looking for a soft, cushy chair you will be disappointed. The faux suede fabric is of good quality and doesn't look "cheap". We didn't want to pay the big bucks for chairs we saw on other web sites or at local furniture stores, so we are very happy and pleased with this sturdy, classy looking chair. Everyone thinks it came from an expensive store. Also, the chair is a nice size where my husband and I can sit side-by-side...not with a lot of ample space, just cozy. I recommend it.
