I have a great room with 22 foot ceilings and purchased 6 of these sconces to go around the room. Perfect amount of lighting for a quiet evening at home.

We did not realize how tall the "candle" part of this lamp is. It almost touched the ceiling where the wiring is for installation. Be sure you have a lot of room between your wiring and your ceiling.

I love this fan, for only 3 blades it feels stronger than some other ceiling fans with 5 blades, it's also very quiet even on high mode. The light is not to bright but it's great for areas you want soft lighting. The look is very simple but different and I am happy with my purchase.

This lighted sconce was just perfect in my bathroom. It fit perfectly over the vanity mirror, is not overwhelming and provides good lighting. I would recommend this. It was also easy to install.

Love this fan for my bedroom. I have 11 ft ceilings and this works well! It is a very high end modern looking fan which I love! The wattage is enough for me but perhaps someone with a large space would need some additional lighting. I love that it comes with a remote too!

On September 4, 1882 , one square mile of lower Manhattan was aglow with light as the first commercial power station went into operation. Thanks to Thomas Edison's brilliance, for about 24 cents per kilowatt hour, 59 customers were provided with lights and electricity at night. By the late 1880s, the demand for that service had grown so much that small power stations could be found in many U.S. and European cities. We're still amazed by all the practical and aesthetic possibilities offered by lighting . Electrifying Timeline: Arc lamps preceded light bulbs. Read More
