Good quality for price! Has a touch of copper on it which doesn't show in the picture, but matched other things I had. Very pleased with it.

We love this fan. Looks great, super quiet, easy to install. My son installed in under an hour, replacing old fan. Ceiling bracket attaches to ceiling electric box - properly supported. The fan housing is hung on a hinge hook while being wired, then swings up and is attached. Exceeds expectations!

This fan offers a nice breeze and soft lighting for the entire room. I like its clean lines. Installing it was about as difficult as an ceiling fan installment. It works well as I transition my house from a pure traditional look to a more contemporary look. I got the brown one.

While I feel like this was a lot of money for a floor lamp, it's what I wanted. It a definetly not a lamp for any real lighting... Looks pretty when lot up but just lights the ceiling above. The base is very heavy which I like. Makes my living room look warm and inviting.

I like this fixture but was surprised by a feature that wasn't shown in the sales photos. There is a glass disc above the bulbs, to slightly diffuse the up light that washes the ceiling and spreads the bulb heat over a larger area of ceiling, eliminating hot spots, directly above the bulbs. This works well, but traps heat if you use compact fluorescent bulbs, shortening their life. The rod that holds the bottom diffuser was also a little crooked and needed its mount bent a little, to make the diffuser hang straight. But took only a minute to correct. I just wish that every lighting fixture had a detail photo of the structure under the diffuser, (partial disassembly) so I could select based on my needs, instead of guesses about how the fixture is constructed.

Bought this piece to hang in the foyer of our new home being built. It is a stunning piece and will sure to be a conversation piece! The light it emits casts a beautiful shadow on the ceiling as well as giving proper lighting to the entry. Hvbnbnxbnxrrzhngzrnfndxcx

We had our electrician install this for us, and he commented several times about how well it is made and has very nice features such as the remote, light dimmers, ability to turn on just the top lights, bottom lights or both sets. All the necessary parts were included and the installation was very routine according to our electrician. It looks beautiful in my hearth room!

The fan actually looks better than its pic on Overstock. It adds so much ambience to the room! However, after my handy husband took his time following all instructions, the fan still did not work properly. We wrote directly to Hunter (the manufacturer), explained our problem, sent proof of purchase and received the missing pieces within 48 hours at no extra charge. The fan is now working beautifully! Is spite of the problem we experienced, I would still recommend highly recommend this item. The customer service both at overstock and Hunter were exceptional! My husband explained the problem and they immediately knew which piece was defective, sent a new one with a new set of instructions and WE WERE VERY HAPPY WITH our new purchase, the customer service and both companies!

I love this ceiling fan/light. It is light in color/blades so you are not overwhelmed by a large dark fan. Wonderful customer service at Overstock!!! Love it!!

Worked well with our current ceiling fan that is bronze. Uses the medium base light bulbs.

Reiterating what others have said: 1. About ten crystals arrived broken or scratched (Overstock Support is in the process of replacing them), 2. it takes several hours to hang all of the crystals, and 3. the instructions are horrible. Also, the frame of ours is slightly bent so the chandelier doesn't hang quite straight. It's not that noticeable and it took so long to install, it's not worth it for us to return it. The bulbs we got make a small hum -- not sure if the chandelier or the bulbs are causing that. The chain is NOT designed to be adjustable. You have to jerry-rig it to change the height. The wires have to be woven through the chain to the ceiling; they're not concealed. The "ground wire" is a bright copper color so not that subtle from close up. Overall, I like the chandelier and would buy it again. Very pretty and a good price compared to the lighting shop near me.

SO happy with this light fixture! It was not complicated to hang from the existing electrical box in the ceiling. The waved glass is just beautiful and makes the most wonderful reflections on the ceiling and surrounding walls. It is definitely bright enough over a dining table using the small 40w light bulbs. Since the glass part is fairly clear, it does not give the appearance of a large lighting fixture....which is exactly what I wanted.

I already owned the regular canopy floorlamp version of this shade style and later, on redoing my office added a locally sourced ceiling fixture of the same design. This is my second torcheiere version, to grace my compressed Craftsman bungalow's office. The value at the Overstock price falls midway between the cost of the canopy style sourced from a liquidation company and the ceiling fixture sourced at a local, high end Lighting store's annual sale.

The fan was appropriate for the size of the room, but the light fixture seemed to take up too much space. I exchanged of another fan the same size with a light fixture that sits closer/more flush to the ceiling.

This ceiling fan is stunning. Have it out in our sunroom, and it looks amazing! Relatively easy to assemble and install.

We purchased this for our nursery, but wanted a versatile piece that could eventually go in any room in the house. It is just the right size and provides the perfect lighting for the room (we put it on a dimmer). I chose thise one over the other globe pendants/chandaliers of similar style because it hangs just the right distance from the ceiling and it was at a better price point for the size. It was also very easy for my husband to install!

I needed a sleek, simple looking ceiling fan with a light that can be dimmed and look great. I looked everywhere until I found this one. I have had a bit of trouble with the remote, but it is working now. Love the metal finish and the total look of it. Using it in a master bdrm with beamed ceiling.

Adding a recessed light above the shower provides welcome illumination while showering. Recessed bathroom lighting is perfect for the ceiling above the shower because it does not take up any space over head. You may replace an existing light fixture or install a new fixture after an electrician runs the necessary wiring. Choose a simple recessed light or select a light-and-heat-lamp combination or a light-and-fan combination.
