The rug is soft and thick, making a very good backdrop for modern style decor. However, the background color of the rug seems to be a bit more greenish than what's shown in the picture. That's my only gripe about this rug.

Good looking rug and a fair price for one of this size... EXCEPT: it is apparently NOT first quality; most likely it is a factory second, as there are a number of small flaws (tufts of aberrant color) visible across the entire area of its background color. Quality of products at this price level should be verified (in writing) before purchasing them..

I biught the rug for a family room that needed a little lift. The rug is beautiful. The colors are bright. The pile is very thick and provides a much needed comfortable place for the kids to play. It was a great purchase.
