the sofa is looks like a picture, but not comfortable . its very hard sleeping and seating would like to return, but it is not refundable

Very Firm
This futon-style couch looked comfortable in the picture. It is very firm. The "arms" on the ends Velcro on and the Velcro doesn't stick very well so they sometimes come off. I like the look of it, it's a good size, and if you have it up against the wall you can adjust the angle of the back by allowing it to fall back against the wall. The arms are a good height for lying down and resting your head. It is easy to assemble and fits well through tight corners, which is why I couldn't get a standard couch in the room I bought it for. Have yet to use it as a bed.

ROCK HARD! VERY UNCOMFORTABLE!! Not happy at all
IT IS VERY UNCOMFORTABLE!!! THE ARM REST PILLOWS VELCROW ON AND THE VELCROW DOES NOT STCK WELL. I AM SENDING THIS BACK.

Nice Sofa
Very unhappy with service. Had to follow up with delivery. Was told that the sofa would be assembled by representative from Overstock and the delivery company. It was not. Very disappointed, as it was being delivered to a young lady as a house warming gift. Recipient had to assemble the product herself. There was only one delivery person, so we had to get someone to help him. While the product was very nice. Was very unhappy with the service.
