Frame missing parts as well as being cracked. Instructions were inconsistant.

The futon was everything I hoped it would be. It took less than an hour and a half to assemble even though the instructions were slightly old (probably for an older version of the frame). I've searched all over for a futon frame and finally found the one that fits my needs. I am impressed by the color and quality of the wood. My only complaint was there is a small crack in the back frame. It is not big enough to complain about or to cause a concern.

This futon frame was delivered with 2 preexisting cracks. One in the arm and one in the seat deck. Really a shame since it looks very nice. If I was a first time buyer, I would never purchase from Overstock again.
