I purchased these in Sage for my living room, and then got more in Gold for my bedroom. I have to buy 108" curtains and the options are not great. These curtains have a great texture, a lovely drape, and really nice colors. The stripes, which I was not completely sold on when I saw the product, add a nice touch of elegance to a room. Very high quality product.Read More
Questions & Answers
Hello, zookeeper07. This red is similar to a wine-red color. Thank you for shopping with us.
How wide is the set of curtains? I have a 10'6 window I need to cover, how many panels would I need?
Hello jennifep, These panels are beautiful! Each panel measures approximately 42 inches wide, so it would take 3 panels to cover your window. For proper fullness, panels should measure 2-3 times the width of your window; so you may want to purchase more than the 3 panels. I hope this information helps. Thanks for shopping with us.
How to Hang a Valance and Curtains
Hanging a valance and curtains over your window will add dimension, texture and style to any room. Window curtains with a valance give your window treatments a finished, designer look. If you want to block out light, a valance and full-length blackout panel curtain is your best choice. If you are more interested in decoration and only need to block minimal light, then a valance over sheer curtains is a good choice. It's important to measure the window and decide what type of curtains you want before you buy the curtain hardware. A cafe rod will be sufficient to support a sheer curtain, but you will need a stronger curtain rod to support heavier fabrics such as blackout panels. Also, the larger the window, the sturdier the curtain rod will need to be.
How to Adjust Tension Rods
Curtains are a great way to accent the decor in every room in the house. Tension rods, also called spring rods, are curtain hardware which allow you to hang window curtains, wall curtains or shower curtains without installing curtain rod hardware on the walls. If an existing tension rod slips or if you want to change the curtain panels or add curtain rings, you may need to remove and adjust the rod before putting it back in place. Tension rods are positioned between two facing surfaces, such as the interior frame of a window or the opposing sides of a shower cubicle.

You can pair the skirt set with any type blouse, including silk, cotton or polyester. For a clean look, wear a skirt and jacket with a blouse that easily tucks in and does not create a bulge or pull around the skirt waist. You can also pair women's skirts with separate jackets if you want to mix up the wardrobe. Choose a slimming pencil skirt. One of the most common and fashionable skirts to wear is the pencil skirt. It pairs nicely with a variety of blouses, sweaters and jackets, making it a versatile part of the wardrobe. The pencil skirt is flattering to all body types, from very thin to curvaceous women. The skirt's silhouette is straight at the waist and narrows at the knees, allowing it to hug all of the curves of the body. Look for a pencil skirt that has a slit or pleat in the back near the hem to allow for increased movement while walking. Find an appropriate casual skirt. Casual skirts can be professional and dressy enough to wear to work. For the office, look for skirts made of cotton, khaki material, linen or even wool to provide a comfortable option. Keep casual skirts mid-length, allowing them to fall either slightly above or below the knee cap. View All Skirts Back to Guides Directory View All Skirts
