I was very surprised to find that the chair looked used and I wonder if it was. It was very dirty, and had glue and black streaks all over the chrome and white leather. Nothing on overstock ever indicated your furniture was used. Also, not all of the pieces were inside. Because it had been assembled and/or used previously, not all bolts nor the floor pads were included in the shipping of the chair which was disappointing.

I bought 2 of these and the leather and frames were perfect! Two screws and the assembly was done. These beautifully made chrome & leather chairs really fit in our 1959 retro home.

This chair has the look of an expensive chair. It's easy to put together and actually comfortable to sit in. I like it a lot. The only imperfection is some darkening on the chrome on the back side, which in my situation is unseen. Everywhere else the chrome is sparkling!
