this will be our last media stand after about 5 or 6 of them ... it is sleek, great design, easy to assemble ... HOWEVER the middle shelf could more height to give room to store DVDs vertically upright instead of on their side edge ., besdt we have had
The stand was easy to assemble and fits my 47 TV and other equipment nearly perfectly. The finish and quality are excellent and it looks good with my components. It is very sturdy, and is not too high (as some are). It is understated, so it blends in well without drawing attention to itself. My one issue is the distance between the shelves. This was not given on the website. The shelves are equidistant and they are 6 7/8 apart. My AV receiver just barely fits into this space. Make sure your components are not higher than this, since the shelf spacing is not adjustable. An earlier reviewer commented on the rear mounting holes of the top shelf not matching the rear support. I found this to be true also, when I assembled mine, the support was about an inch too far forward so there was no way to screw it down. But, I found that by loosening the side mounts of the lower shelves, I could slide them and tilt the rear support back just a bit and this allowed the top to mate properly. I think this is the way it should be assembled.

The TV media stand was fairly easy to put together. Took less time than many other products. I love the look of it, looks very modern with clean lines. The shelves are slightly narrow (only leaves about 2 inches clearance for my receiver, but there seems to be enough ventilation. My only major issue is that two of the screw holes did not line up properly so I could not use them. It does not decrease the weight supported or the stability of the stand, but it is still annoying. (The screws are to hold the top shelf down on the rear support - but gravity does a pretty good job too, so I suppose its not a show stopper).
