I am happy with it so far. Everything is fine. Not an excellent chair but it gets the job done. Do not get this chair if you are really tall. It's adequate for people under 6'0".
This was a Christmas present for my partner and he loves it. It's definitely a great chair for the money. The only negative thing that I can think of is that the ottoman and chair don't lock into the base so when you lift it to move it it comes apart. No biggie, just a strange configuration.Goes great in my home and I don't think it's as loud as others have made it seem. Makes the same normal massaging sound that I'm use to hearing with higher end chairs.

I am very pleased with this purchase. It was a good value, easy to put together and quite well made. The vibration feels good. I wish there was a little more heat available as that would really add to the chair. It is comfortable and relaxing.
This chair looks good and was very easy to assemble. I like the heated and massaging features. But it does not lock in an upright position. I have to lean it against a wall if I want to sit up right. Otherwise it's great for relaxing in a reclined position.
