IT VIBRATES, AND HEAT AND IT DOES HELP THE BACK. I have 2 of these chairs. They are not particularly comfortable for larger folks. All the men in my family are over 6 feet tall and it is difficult to fully relax in this chair, although the massage and heat are nice features.

This chair looks good and was very easy to assemble. I like the heated and massaging features. But it does not lock in an upright position. I have to lean it against a wall if I want to sit up right. Otherwise it's great for relaxing in a reclined position.

This chair is well worth the money. It is comfortable, relaxing and versitile. You can massage, with or without heat, almost any part of your body. The timer is convenient and has variable settings. The chair also reclines and has an ottoman which is great to take pressure off your back by elevating your feet. The size is quite comfortable, but not big and bulky. Our daughter and son-in-law also have one. BUY ONE...you'll be glad you did!!

I purchased the chair because of all the great reviews and I have to agree if you are looking for a reasonable cost chair yet has all the great features and affordable this is it! The material is strong and looks great I also like the power of the massage chair it is very relaxing as I work from home and in between breaks I enjoy this very much! I would like the heat feature to be stronger but all in all I am so pleased . If you are looking for a reasonable chair yet has the great features and easy to assemble this is it!

This chair surprised me with just how sturdy it was. Everyone who sits in it wants to know where I got it and how much it cost. The controls allow you to really personalize the heat and massage features which is a great improvement on other chairs like this which just have one massage selection and speed. The only dissatisfaction I have is that the chair and ottoman both simply rest in the base so every time someone (invariably a child) tries to move the ottoman by picking it up the base slams to the floor. I'm planning to correct this with a drill and nut and bolt just to preserve my sanity. In short, this is a pampering item well worth the money.

My son-in-law put it together. He said it was easy. I bought the chair for my husband last Christmas. He loves it. Recently he said that the heater stays on even when it is turned off.

For the money, this was a good investment. This chair has some of the features of a more expensive model, such as the neck massager. It can be a bit rough on the massage, but since I bought the chair for my husband, he likes it that way.

I purchased this chair for my husband for Christmas. However, In February the heating element stopped workiing. I called overstock and told them what happened and they were great. They, immediately, sent me another chair - however the 2nd one was damaged in shipping. I called overstock again and they sent me a 3rd chair - which is working great. I was not charged any shipping charges to send back the items and the new one was sent to me even before I sent back the broken one! I say "That's Great Customer Service!" My husband loves this chair - he is only 5'6 and it fits him nicely! Fantastic buy! I will always check things at overstock 1st before I purchase anything locally!

Wow!! The chair took only a few minutes to assemble. My husband fell asleep within 15 minutes of sitting in it! We ordered 2 for our suite at our B&B and I think our guests will LOVE IT. The only drawback is that the back is a little low -- but once you are reclined you do not notice it!

Low back makes it less comfortable than it should be. Massage and heat, however, work well.

This chair was an excellent value for the price - especially when ordered with $1 shipping. It is sturdier than it may look, it is compatible with most styles of furniture, and is very comfortable. The only warning I would give is that it is not as wide as most traditional recliner chairs so larger people may not be as comfortable in it.

Prior to my recent purchase, I received some swivel chairs from your company and they were delivered to me in horrible looking boxes. One of the chairs material was ripped. Does your company compensate customers for something like that. I need two more identical SWIVEL chairs, hopefully they will be fully acceptable. Thank you.

The specs say it is 43 in. high. Mine is 36 in. high and the neck vibarator hits my shoulder blades. I am disappointed in this.

I have had this chair for a couple of weeks now, and have enjoyed it very much. It has good heat and does a good job massaging. Every time I use this chair, it puts me to sleep! The only problem I had with it was that it was missing the main bolts. that was a real pain because they are special screws with unthreaded ends. None of the hardware store carried them. I was, however, able to imrovise and get it to work with some other bolts. All in all it's a good chair forthe price.

This chair is definitely fitting for a small frame individual. It is not suitable for anyone over 5ft and 7 inches. The individual that I purchased the chair for is 6 ft 1 and the head rest of the chair rested on his upper back and neck. The chair is very easy to assemble and is excellent in appearance. I do agree that the massaging aspect of the chair can be more disturbing than enjoyable during certain levels of vibrations. Like I said, this chair is definitely meant for smaller individuals. The chair sits very low and doesn't recline drastically. I personally feel that the chair was over priced for what it offers. I don't absolutely dislike the chair but I feel that I could have made a better purchase for a much cheaper price.

I am happy with it so far. Everything is fine. Not an excellent chair but it gets the job done. Do not get this chair if you are really tall. It's adequate for people under 6'0".

This was a Christmas present for my partner and he loves it. It's definitely a great chair for the money. The only negative thing that I can think of is that the ottoman and chair don't lock into the base so when you lift it to move it it comes apart. No biggie, just a strange configuration.Goes great in my home and I don't think it's as loud as others have made it seem. Makes the same normal massaging sound that I'm use to hearing with higher end chairs.
