Overstock customer support A+!!!
Before I describe what is wrong with this sofa let me say that what ever the issue Overstock has some of the BEST customer support I have experienced. They have dealt with the issue promptly and made sure that it was resolved to my setisfaction, or at least they tryied their best, thanks Overstock! The problem is that the sofa on the picture and the sofa in "details" description of it is not the same sofa AT ALL! If you order it you will recieve the one on the picture! It is NOT made in Switzerland, doesn't come in tan/brown option and does not have sinthetic leather apholstery on the platform base. The base is apholstered in thin black fabrick, it is entirely made in China, not too bad though, and the color is bluish gray. I ended up keeping it because Overstock offered me to keep it for a FRUCTION of the price listed, or, return it at their expence. I kept it. By the way it looks, its retail price can't be more than $200. I think they just listed a wrong item under the wrong description. It happens. But, Overstock A+, I will be shopping with you again!
