Leatherette Entertainment Futon Sofa Bed

The tufting is splitting already. Started about 3 months after purchase. I called but it was not able to b returned. I guess we will use it until the stuffing comes out :0

As a college student living in a studio apt., I was really looking for something comfy & classy. This futon isn't really either. It looks ok but sits extremely low to the ground, and isn't comfortable to sit on for more than 10-15 minutes at a time. I've had friends over and the couch seemed cramped with three skinny girls on it, so I imagine only 2 average size guys would be comfy on there. Also, in the summer months the couch seems to retain heat and when wearing shorts makes my skin super sweaty. If this couch is going to be sitting in an extra room or computer room, go for it... if you're looking for an everyday come home from work and lounge on the couch couch, this isn't the item for you.

I bought this at the end of May for our gameroom which gets miminal daily use... my kids sit on this couch about one hour each day to watch television and even then we were gone two months this summer so we really haven't used it much at all. It's now the end of August and the couch is now coming apart at the seams ALL OVER the seating area... It's ripped on almost every seam. It looks horrible. I wanted something that would fold out in the event we had guests. When it arrived the first time, it was heavily damaged from transit... that was handled in a magnificent way by Overstock. They really worked with me in getting a couch not damaged within days. We loved the couch initially, I was happy with Overstock for working with me... it SEEMED to be good quality once the undamaged item was delivered, but I'm completely disappointed with it as it was a huge waste of money.

I had been looking for a sleeper couch like this for some time for my spare bedroom/computer room. This was exactly what I had in mind and was so much cheaper than what I'd seen at the local stores, plus getting the thing delivered would have made it even more expensive! I was so glad I found this and could not have been happier with the product or the service! It was in my house and set up in less than a week from the order date, all for such little shipping! I have paid hundreds of dollars to get furniture delivered before and haven't been near as pleased. I would recommend this a million times over. The product itself is nice as well, was setup fairly quickly with no issues. It seems well put together and of good quality. It's comfortable as a couch and not bad as a bed either, although there is a small gap when pulled out as a bed between the seat and the back of the couch, so 1 person sleeping has to pick a side as it isn't very comfortable to sleep in the middle. This is a small issue to me though and I think it serves its purpose well! Looks great in my home.
