      I love this bench. Purchased it as a coffee table/ottoman for in front of my couch and it is perfect. The color is a true dark chocolate brown - beautiful. The leather is soft, well stitched, and arrived with no marks or scratches at all. It looks very expensive and cost a fraction of the prices I saw at furniture stores. The legs screw on fairly easy. Definetely a great value for the price, I would highly recommend purchasing this.

      I just received my leather bench and it is fantastic and the price you can¿t bet it. It is a nice size the leather looks well made. You need a extra long philips screw driver to put the legs on. It came in 3 days, fast shipping. I just wish it had buttons, it is just tufted. I am using it for a coffee table and to put my feet up on. It is in front of my chocolate brown leather couch. I would tell anyone who is looking for an ottoman to take a look. Hope this helps in your decision.

    • Exceeds fine expectations...

      The leather is beautiful and soft, the pictures do not do this piece of furniture justice. I have shopped local stores and have seen no items that are as nice. I am amazed at the value of this purchase, which is my very first overstock.com purchase. I sat an played guitar on my new bench at the end of my bed tonight and wish I had found this bench 2 years ago when I found my bedroom set.

    • Not real leather

      I don't know why this is described as leather. Mine arrived with two small flaws and it is not leather. The brown leather is really vinyl. Mine had a paper thin brown vinyl coating that was peeling off and it was just some kind of black fabric backing. There might be some real leather on the ottoman but the two squares that were damaged on mine were not. Also, had a strong odor. Overall, it feels sturdy so it might be fine for a house with no kids or pets. I'm afraid if my daughter tries to jump on it, it might tear where the vinyl is. I'm returning it.

      Well worth the money. Been looking for a bench like this in stores for quite sometime now but didn't like the high price tag that came with it. Beautiful soft leather. Very easy to assemble. Highly recommend!!!!! You won't be disappointed.

      Great length for a 3 person coach. Great for extra seating. Put it in the rec room with leather coach. Easy to clean and great for teenagers to allow more seating seeing as they're not kicking each other anymore because they didn't have a place for their feet. Good for coffee table with a tray as well.

    • Love it but those darned legs.......

      Although I love this ottoman it took me 2-hours to get the darned legs on....3 went on in less than 10-minutes but I had 1 leg that was determined it was not going to fit...after the light bulb came on in my head..got a hammer to help put the screw in for the leg and WOOOZZAA it worked like a charm...wished I would have done that hour and half earlier....it looks great in my living room. I have many compliments on it even though I still look at the leg and go ""uggg" but well worth it...actually would purchase another one but would have my hammer ready in case needed......

    • Beautiful piece at an excellent value!

      Very easy to assemble (note: a long screwdriver is required). I was pretty confident that it was a leatherette and not real leather due to the price I paid for it, but the only way to tell is by feel; it looks very authentic. I have received numerous comments by other personnel in my office and visitors that come in; it adds a lot to the atmosphere. It is comfortable for my purposes; it is used primarily for seating for meetings in my office for 30 min to an hour at a time, but is also used occasionally as a couch for reading.
