I love this bench. Purchased it as a coffee table/ottoman for in front of my couch and it is perfect. The color is a true dark chocolate brown - beautiful. The leather is soft, well stitched, and arrived with no marks or scratches at all. It looks very expensive and cost a fraction of the prices I saw at furniture stores. The legs screw on fairly easy. Definetely a great value for the price, I would highly recommend purchasing this.

I just received my leather bench and it is fantastic and the price you can¿t bet it. It is a nice size the leather looks well made. You need a extra long philips screw driver to put the legs on. It came in 3 days, fast shipping. I just wish it had buttons, it is just tufted. I am using it for a coffee table and to put my feet up on. It is in front of my chocolate brown leather couch. I would tell anyone who is looking for an ottoman to take a look. Hope this helps in your decision.

The leather is beautiful and soft, the pictures do not do this piece of furniture justice. I have shopped local stores and have seen no items that are as nice. I am amazed at the value of this purchase, which is my very first overstock.com purchase. I sat an played guitar on my new bench at the end of my bed tonight and wish I had found this bench 2 years ago when I found my bedroom set.

I don't know why this is described as leather. Mine arrived with two small flaws and it is not leather. The brown leather is really vinyl. Mine had a paper thin brown vinyl coating that was peeling off and it was just some kind of black fabric backing. There might be some real leather on the ottoman but the two squares that were damaged on mine were not. Also, had a strong odor. Overall, it feels sturdy so it might be fine for a house with no kids or pets. I'm afraid if my daughter tries to jump on it, it might tear where the vinyl is. I'm returning it.

Well worth the money. Been looking for a bench like this in stores for quite sometime now but didn't like the high price tag that came with it. Beautiful soft leather. Very easy to assemble. Highly recommend!!!!! You won't be disappointed.

High quality leather, well made with even seams and a tightly constructed finish, plus delivered completely assembled makes this a very nice piece of furniture. We use it as both a cocktail table and ottoman in the family room, adding classic style and function. The price is unbeatable - several local shops, including high end furniture stores sell nearly identical items at more than double the price - or at the same price for artificial leather, not the real deal like this. Great buy!

Great looking ottoman, easy to assemble (legs), showed up in mint condition, unbeatable deal overall, I would highly recommend this item.

I was very leary of purchasing this bench without first having seen it. I debated for a month about buying it in expresso, to replace the cedar chest I was using as a coffee table. I waited too long and it sold out. I received about 3 emails that it was back in stock, only to find each time that it was not. I then happened to find it in stock in dark brown and bought it! Not only did I get it for less money than originally listed, but I recieved it within a few short days of my purchase! It arrived with 2 small cuts in the material on the underside of the bench. Unfortunately, I had to run out and purchase a LONG handled screwdriver to attach the legs, but they were easy to assemble. It is made of soft leather that has the look of quality. It is the perfect height and width for our needs. My husband and I love it! We would definately recommend this product to anyone!

Received the bench in the mail quickly. The only obstacle was the weight and size getting it upstairs. Assembly was easy. The bench is all that I hoped it would be. The leather is beautiful and the tufting makes it look really expensive. It is also very comfortable to sit upon. You would guess that I spent double what I actually paid. I am very pleased with this purchase.

This is a lovely piece of furniture! I originally purchased this piece to serve as a bench, but after assembling it, I decided to use it as an ottoman/ coffee table in my living room. The dark brown leather is beautiful, but I fear normal use will marr the leather. Before I even had it assembled, there was a large scratch on the seat of the bench from removing it from the box. I wish it had storage inside, but, for the price, it was well worth the money!

After less than a year of owning this, two tears developed in a couple of the top squares (of which there are several, all stitched together to make the top surface). We couldn't figure out why they ripped because the bench gets very little use. After looking at the rips closely, I discovered that the two squares which ripped (for no apparent reason) were a very, very thin vinyl with a thick backing instead of leather. Adjacent squares were leather so the manufacturer must have snuck in some cheap vinyl material to save money. And what's worse, since it took awhile for the cheap material to rip it is now past the return period and Overstock won't give me a refund.

Great addition to my living room. My dogs love it! (the great news is that I can wipe it off). Happy with my purchase.

I bought this bench 4 years ago and it has held up considerably. The leather is of high(er) quality and it was very easy to assemble, All I had to do was screw the legs on. One defect is that the legs keep twisting and aren't perfectly aligned. Once the bench moves, so do the legs.

We had to return the first ottoman. The threads in the holes for the legs were stripped out. But Overstock made returning a breeze and the new one arrived in a matter of days. It is a very nice ottoman: perfect height, soft and comfy, looks classy and expensive. It is not huge, so it's perfect for our smallish living room. You DO need an extra long screwdriver. We love it!

This piece is wonderful. Good quality leather and sturdy workmanship. Looks much more expensive than it was!! perfect addition to my living room. You do need a long screwdriver, but if you have the right length, assembly takes minutes!

This is definitely worth it. Great quality and looks like I spent way more than I did. Thanks Overstock!

I'd been looking for the right "coffee table" for our living room for a long time. We originally had a large square table and it was simply too big after adding our fireplace. I was a bit nervous buying on line as I like to touch what I buy before buying....but I could not be more pleased! This ottoman fits perfectly! I bought a leather tray to sit on top for our remote controls. The picture does not do it justice. It is a beautiful peice and adds alot of warmth too our home!

I love it! Exactly what I wanted. Don't really like the black feet that is on it. And the feet were difficult to put on. Otherwise, I am very satisfied with my purchase.

It got this ottoman in about a week from ordering it.. It is a beautiful dark brown color. After reading some of the reviews I was hesitant about ordering it. I am asthmatic and certain odors trigger my asthma. Since some of the reviews stated that there was no odor I took a chance and ordered this ottoman. I was plesantly surprised when we got the ottoman. It did NOT have any odor at all. We have put it in our Media/family room. It is a great coffee table. And we all love putting up our feet on it when we watch TV. It was very easy to assemble. The only issue we had was that there was one screw missing. Customer service was very accomodating and sent us two screws (although we only needed one) in 2 days. We love our ottoman and would definitely recommend it.
