I love this bench. Purchased it as a coffee table/ottoman for in front of my couch and it is perfect. The color is a true dark chocolate brown - beautiful. The leather is soft, well stitched, and arrived with no marks or scratches at all. It looks very expensive and cost a fraction of the prices I saw at furniture stores. The legs screw on fairly easy. Definetely a great value for the price, I would highly recommend purchasing this.

This is a very high quality piece for an excellent value. The color is rich, dark chocolate and the size and height are perfect for in front of my couch. I couldn't be happier with this, especially since it was about $400 cheaper than the other ottomans I was looking at, yet better!

The bench is exactly what I was looking for. I use it as a foot rest/coffee table/seat in my den. You do need a really long screwdriver to attach the legs.

For the amazing price of this bench you really are looking at the perfect deal. It is exactly how it looks in the picture and completes any room. It is comfortable to sit on and really adds a fabulous touch. I highly recommend this product.

This is a well crafted piece of furniture. It didn't take long to come once I ordered it and there was no damage to the box or the bench. The leather is of a good grade( I enjoy leather furniture and have done lots of research on the different kinds of leather). I'm glad, I got it on sell and plan to buy the red one(once it's in stock and on sale for my bedroom). My daughter even liked it and wants one for her room. The other reviewers were right you do need a long screwdriver(and a flashlight to see in the hole) to put the legs on. It didn't take long once I got the flashlight to see in the holes of the legs. Very sturdy.

I have been searching for a bench or ottoman for our living room for three years. I was so excited to find this one. It is exactly the color I have been looking for and 1/4 of the price of what I had found in local furniture stores. Plus, you cannot beat the shipping costs! I felt like a little kid at Christmas time waiting for my husband to get home from work to help me unpack it and put it together. Some of the other reviews had mentioned scratches from the boxes, so we were very careful and had no trouble at all. The only thing I would say is to make sure that you have a screwdriver with a really long shaft as the screws are deep in the leg. Otherwise, it was simple to put together. I know I will search the Overstock.com website for my next furniture purchases since this was such a wonderful buy. Thank you for making my home look better.

I purchased this to serve as a coffee table in my living room. I have a very long narrow space so I did not want to fight with the architecture by purchasing a square ottoman/coffee table. I love, love, love this purchase. The leather is fantastic (and I am picky), and it is not a mixed leather material- it's the real deal. You can not beat this price, I purchased it for more than the current price and it was still an amazing deal. You will absolutely need a really long screw driver, but besides that assembly is very simple- just screw in the legs and you are done. The bench is comfortable and sturdy, but I am not really using it for seating. Don't think twice just get this one.

I would definitely recommend this bench! It is a good deal, good quality and easy to assemble. The shipping was quick and painless. Looks great in my living room as supplemental seating to my couch. It is very comfortable as well.

I was very leary of purchasing this bench without first having seen it. I debated for a month about buying it in expresso, to replace the cedar chest I was using as a coffee table. I waited too long and it sold out. I received about 3 emails that it was back in stock, only to find each time that it was not. I then happened to find it in stock in dark brown and bought it! Not only did I get it for less money than originally listed, but I recieved it within a few short days of my purchase! It arrived with 2 small cuts in the material on the underside of the bench. Unfortunately, I had to run out and purchase a LONG handled screwdriver to attach the legs, but they were easy to assemble. It is made of soft leather that has the look of quality. It is the perfect height and width for our needs. My husband and I love it! We would definately recommend this product to anyone!

Received the bench in the mail quickly. The only obstacle was the weight and size getting it upstairs. Assembly was easy. The bench is all that I hoped it would be. The leather is beautiful and the tufting makes it look really expensive. It is also very comfortable to sit upon. You would guess that I spent double what I actually paid. I am very pleased with this purchase.

We had to return the first ottoman. The threads in the holes for the legs were stripped out. But Overstock made returning a breeze and the new one arrived in a matter of days. It is a very nice ottoman: perfect height, soft and comfy, looks classy and expensive. It is not huge, so it's perfect for our smallish living room. You DO need an extra long screwdriver. We love it!

This is a lovely piece of furniture! I originally purchased this piece to serve as a bench, but after assembling it, I decided to use it as an ottoman/ coffee table in my living room. The dark brown leather is beautiful, but I fear normal use will marr the leather. Before I even had it assembled, there was a large scratch on the seat of the bench from removing it from the box. I wish it had storage inside, but, for the price, it was well worth the money!

I love my new bench. I purchased it to be placed at the foot of our bed in our master bedroom. We use it for putting our shoes on and getting dressed (instead of sitting on the bed). It's comfy enough, though, to sit on it and watch tv too! Love it!!!!!!!!

I have been looking at this bench for a while and I finally bought it. I definitely made a right decison. This bench is absolutely beautiful; I love it. It looked very good in my living room. It is very easy to assemble; it took me about 15mins to do it. For this price, you cannot beat it. It really looked like a few hundred dollars bench. Thank you Overstock.com. This product did have an odor when it first came out of the box, other than that it is perfect. The smell went away after a day or so.

It came well wrapped but heavy. You will need an extra long screw driver to screw in the bolts. One of the eye hooks for the velcro backing was pulling away from the fabric but not worth sending it back. For the price and since it is underneath the bench no one will know. In the long run I am hoping the tension does not make it rip from the eye hook completely because I cannot think of how to solve that problem. The legs were nice but expect some imperfections and you can twist it so it is internal facing and no one sees it. We are using it as a bench at the foot of our bed to rest/put on shoes and I would purchase this again for an entry way spot.
