This is one of two chairs I ordered and received this week (the other is the Tovana arm chair).I am particularly impressed with the high end quality and look of this modern chair. My sister-in-law has owned the pumpkin colored one for a couple years so I did not hesitate to buy this brown one when I needed a new chair for my tv room. It is extremely comfortable and though I am just 5'1", I do not need a footrest or ottoman.

This is a really nice chair and simple to assemble. The chair is pretty heavy and arrived in 2 pieces, it is simple to put together but you will really want two people for assembly. The chair looks nice and is very sturdy, good value for the money. It is one of the first things that people comment on when they come into my home. Nice clean lines and comfortable.

This chair is great! I was concerned about how sturdy it would be since my son is tall and still growing. Didn't want him to outgrow the chair. It exceeded my expectations, super sturdy, quality construction. Easy to assemble.

We are very very satisfied with this chair. All I can say is wow. Furniture outlet 30 mins from my apartment has the same chair for $1595.00 plus tax. Great leather and instruction. A truly great deal and excellent quality. Buy this chair!!

I am a frequent Overstock shopper with the attitude that if you know what you're looking for...and do your research...you consistently get great values...and THIS chair is one of them!! I priced this chair online and found the same one available for prices from $ 900 - $ 1200! I needed 4 of them but was wary. I ordered 1 first to check it out. It arrived in perfect condition. Simply flip the seat over and attach the swivel base, with 4 screws and the allen wrench (which was included). It was so easy to put together that my 4 year-old and I did it together. However, be warned that the swivel base is VERY heavy to lift onto the overturned seat. But once you've got it on...it takes minutes to screw into place. My family loved it. So I ordered two more (with coupons) and then the final one, for a total of 4 (in 3 shipments). All arrived in perfect condition...same coloring...same ease of assembly. I will agree with some other customers that if you are on the tall side (5'11 +) your head won't be supported unless you slide down in the chair, eg., to watch a movie. My husband is 6'2" and thinks the chair is fine (with a footrest). The headrest, at its highest setting, hits him just at the bottom of his shoulder blades, which gives him back support. Nonetheless, the chair is sturdy, well made, easy to assemble and totally worth the money. Go ahead you will be pleased.

This chair is great. Everyone likes it and we rush to be the first to sit in it. I did have to re-tighten the screws after few months, but this is probably because I did not make them super tight when I assembled. It is holding up well and just looks hip...

Chair is a dark chocolate color leather. Soft leather. I like the wide arms. Putting it together is very easy with the 4 bolts provided. It is very stable. The headrest is not all that usable and a little far back. I would suggest you get a ottoman to go with the chair. The chair came in two tattered shabby boxes. I thought there would be damage. The base was fine, but when I opened the box of the chair there was a 2 " cut in the material that covered the chair. I peaked through the cut and the leather arm was also cut. The outer box itself was not cut though. Strange. I repacked the chair and called for a replacement. After several phone calls to Overstock, UPS came and picked up the re-boxed chair and a day later DHL delivered another chair. This all took about 2 weeks to get replaced. So inspect your chair closely as you unpack it. The chair comes from Wholesale Interiors in Bensenville, Illinois according to the DHL shipping label. A wholesale only manufacture.

Okay I was actually going to write this review when I realized that I never received the pillow that comes with the chair. The chair is so spectacular that I didn't even notice there was something missing. I literally just finished typing with the customer care dept. and they are sending the pillow to my home...the service rep was great and dealing with the issue online was a breeze. Now back to the chair, it's SOOOO hip and cool, I put it together by myself (go girl power) and it's the perfect compliment to my modern den. It's a chair that makes a statement and did I mention that it's really cool? When mine came the leather was a bit dull but after a quick wipe down with armor all...it's FANTASTIC...and well...cool. Get this chair, you won't be disappointed.

Chair looks nice, leather is gorgeous. But back is very short, way shorter then I expected. So unless your are 5'2 or shorter, this chair wouldn't be comfy for you.

Saw the same chair at a store in Arizona for $2,000. This is a fabulous bargain! High quality chair. Looks fabulous!

Very, Very cool!!! I am the envy of the family and feeling like Captain Kirk. It is my chair and by my I mean mine! The workmanship of the chair is excellent, the leather is thick and rich but soft, it smells great, if you like the smell of leather. The price was just incredible and I don't know where to stop raving about my "precious".

high quality -- leather, workmanship, structure. really attractive lines and an inviting seat/arm ratio; friends love to sit in it. the base is heavy and strong, and the metal is not at all intrusive, which did concern me as a possibility. this is an amazing design because while the dimensions are small relative to many leather chairs, the seat size and capacity are huge and roomy -- go figure! after seeing this in person, I wanted a second one, but they were all gone so I ordered something close......I say grab 'em if you can find 'em!!

This leather chair was very well made, but the neck rest was not high enough (not to mention it was hard to adjust) and the seat was too deep for us. (The chair would be perfect for someone with long legs and short torso!) It arrived in two large boxes, very shabbily taped; however, inside was well wrapped. Nothing was damaged or scratched. The boxes were both very heavy. There was no instruction inside, or even the name of the manufacturer. It was easy to asemble, so may be this was the reason why they didn't include the instruction. You just pluck the leather chair onto the base and attach the screws. Trying to put the four screws was hard because the lining was dark and you can't see the holes. I used the white-out to outline the holes and was able to attach the chair to the base more easily. Overall, it's a beautiful, classy chair.

i call this my special chair....and my throne...if i can only find my tiara the picture will be complete.....the base is so sturdy...i wanted a swivel but was leary of any wobble....this does nothing except turn perfectly...i really didn't have a place for this chair when i ordered it but that has never stopped me before....i'm so glad i have it....

The chair is beautiful. Very sculptural. It arrived promptly in perfect condition. Very easy to assemble. The base is very heavy and there is absolutely no wobble in the swivel mechanism. Color is a wonderful very dark chocolate brown and the leather is thick and looks like it will wear well. The adjustable head rest will work for anyone up to 6' tall.

I like this chair. However, it seems to be made for a short person. The headrest is more like a backrest. The leather and workmanship are quality, and it was easy to put together without help, although it took a bit maneuvering, because the base is very heavy.. I would recommend it for a game room. Note: The leather has an odor, that may be offensive to some, that should diminish as it acclimates to the environment - I hope.
