I have used the mower about 5 times and it has been great so far. It started on the first pull and has never had any mechanical issues. When setting the height of the mow, it raises and lowers the whole platform, not just the front or back wheels, so it seems to give a better mow that way. The only thing I wish was better was the grass catcher. It doesn't have a convenient handle for emptying, but does the trick.

Great little mower. Easy to use, and perfect for small areas. I have had this mower now for a couple of years now and it's still working great. Had trouble at first trying to attach the bag, but after a while figured it out. Little bit of operator error. Other than that "no problems"

So easy to use. Does a great job. Easy to assemble too. Definitely one of my better purchases.

I would have to say, "yes, maybe" about recommending it to a friend. I originally purchased it and used it twice. The second time, the pull cord jammed and would not pull past about 6 inches. Couldn't start the engine. Let it sit for over an hour and still nothing. Let it sit about 2 days, and it would start. If I stopped it for any reason (get a drink of water) and came back, same problem. Called number I found online for Warrior Tools (the packaging is terrible for trying to find info, ie, serial number). Got a man who seemed to be on his cell with his kids in the background. He took a while to figure out what I wanted and said he would get with me if I sent message via email. Bad email address. Called back and he gave me another. I sent msg and heard nothing for 3 days. I called Overstock, since I purchased the extended warranty. They were great about sending me a new one. No problems. About a week later the new one arrived. I opened the box to find one of the front wheels was bent ...

We have a small yard and no garage, so we wanted a mower that could be stored inside the house without being messy or smelly. This perfectly fits the bill. If you have a large yard, you may find the narrow width and lack of motor frustrating, but for a small space it's fine- just a bit of a workout. Personally, I think the little bit of extra time and effort involved in mowing with a manual mower is more than made up for by the time, money, and frustration saved by not having to buy gas, keep it charged, watch out for cords, deal with motor problems, or breath fumes. Like most mowers of this style, it won't hit very tall weeds, so you either need to stay on top of lawn care or invest in a weed trimmer as well. Minimal assembly, just attach the handle. Seems very sturdy and we expect it to last. Quite pleased with the value.
