  The filter only smelled good when I first removed the packaging. The Febreze air freshener part simply does not do ANYTHING!!

  We have been using it for over 3 months now. We get compliments all the time and it is a nice upgrade to your kitchen. My husband had no problem installing. Lighting is good but only at the front not back which is not bad; you still get enough light to cook. Noise is acceptable and does a GREAT at job sucking smoke and smell. We have a small house so this was very important to us. The buttons are like touch screen not real switches which I am getting use to. Overall the look is contemporary and love the glass. Easy to clean. Overall, I strongly recommend this product!

  I purchased these at a discounted rate saying they were "refurbished" but with no description of what that meant. I was fine with the refurbished condition of each of them, but the GREASE all over the bottom of one was horrible. No attempt had even been made to clean off the grease from the previous user/owner. The worst part about the whole thing was the PACKAGING. There was barely enough Styrofoam to hold the bases in the box. The boxes were terribly damaged when they were left on my porch. There was barely enough tape on the boxes to keep them closed. Whoever packaged these took a HUGE risk in shipping them in that condition. Luckily there was not further damage from the boxes being dented, torn and untaped. I hope that message is passed on to your shipping department. They need to do a MUCH better job.

  • Please tell us about the quality of the product. The quality was okay. The bottom of one base was dented pretty badly and you could tell it had been attempted repairs. The bottom of the other was COVERED in grease like it had been dragged through a greasy garage and NOT cleaned up.

  This cover is absolutely BEAUTIFUL! The colors are vibrant and add a nice touch to my kitchen. Everyone gets a chuckle out of the different characters portrayed in the image. Its great for hiding imperfections that you may have on your fridge and washer as well. Great product!

  This Heater is so small and feels like you really got taken advantage of when you receive it. The only positive factor is the real flame and log display otherwise its just not worth ordering. It does not heat well and is just not represent what is being potrayed online.
