Works perfectly, and I love it.Read some reviews that mentioned the dough sticking to the rollers, but if the dough is of the correct consistency it will work beautifully. For the first pass thru with the dough, be sure to start at the widest setting, as directions state.The only thing I'd change is that if it were a taller machine, it'd be easier to move the pasta more smoothly from under the cutters.
My only gripe is the blade that scrapes the roller clean, is bent or not seated properly. If dough is of proper consistency, it makes no difference, but if it is too moist it will stick to the roller and follow it around. Also the recipe book, How many cups equal 500 grams (flour)?

When the machine was delivered, one of the pasta blades was broken. I was using the machine for candy clay so did not return it. It rolls the candy clay ok, but the handle wants to fall off. I would not want to have to use this machine everyday.
