Landmark Latern
I buy tons of stuff from Overstock and this was my first major issue. I ordered three of these and only received one. It was much larger than I expected (my fault for not paying more attention to the description) and looked much nicer in the pictures than it did in person. They only sent one and after waiting for almost 2 weeks, decided to send it back. On a positive note, the return process was a breeze. The customer service rep was attentive, informative, and super helpful. I would not recommend this product, but I will buy from Overstock again and again and again.
