    I was able to assemble the grill pretty easily, I didn't have any problems with the screw heads as one reviewer did. I just used a regular screw driver instead of a power-driver, the screws are to short to worry about tiring your arm. Used the grill the first time for ribs offsetting the charcoal and utilizing the airflow by keeping the right vent closed and opening the left side and chimney slightly to force the smoke to the right side where the ribs and chimney were located. Came out pretty tasty, moist and tender.

    Love the design, fit and finish of the grill-very well done including the detailed assembly instructions. Unfortunately many of the screws in the well-designed and organized hardware package were of inferior quality resulting in several of the heads of the screws becoming deformed (stripped) requiring additional steps to repair. If the hardware was good quality American screws I would have given it a 5+ rating. I should have stopped and made a quick trip to the hardware to replace some of the hardware. Be careful in your assembly.

    This took a LOT of assembly time, not for the faint of heart. But once it's out together, it is a great grill. Brilliant design, can double as a smoker. I especially like the built in temperature gauge and the nice solid grate. It is a little smaller and compact, not huge and bulky which fits my space better. I love that it is charcoal only...if I want to cook with gas I'll do it in the kitchen. This is a very versatile device with good temperature control options.
