The price I paid on Overstock was much less than offered at other sites. Having said that, one of the corner bolts was shorter than the directions called for, one of the side rails had a crack, which turned into a split when I tightened the screw, so I had to back off tension. As everyone has noted, the directions for the drawer slides do not give enough information. I am fairly experienced at putting 'stuff' together, and I had to guess, and guessed wrong. Even when assembled, the screws were sized wrong, one slipped through it's opening in the slide and two catch on the drawer when sliding it in or out. Still, this was my first Overstock.com purchase, I expected what I got and would do it again. I think the bench will last longer than I expected, and for those of you wanting the black one (at twice the cost), buy a can of black paint and a foam paint brush! I drilled a hole through the bottom and route my cell charger cord into the drawer so everything is out-of-sight!

Bench was a good buy and just what my daughter wanted. It did have a flaw on the seat part and we covered it with white out. Service was very fast.

This bench was exactly what I was looking for! I was a little disappointed when we got it together because the directions were very hard to follow & there was a ding on one of the corner boards. But a little patients & touch up paint & it's perfect.

There was some small damage to a corner during shipment. The directions for the roll system on the drawer could have been more clear. I had to redo the bottom part so the drawer would close all the way. I bought this for my record player (turn table) and my record collection. It works very well for what I needed.

It was a little bit bigger than expected. However it just fit the area it was planned for. The only problem was in assembling it. Putting the drawer on the track was diffucult and I still haven't got it correct. However it looks like the picture and I got it on sale with free delivery. I am pretty satisfied.
