I bought two of this to use as nightstands. It perfectly serves the purpose. It has 3 drawers instead of 9. Based on the picture I thought there were 9 when ordering. But 3 drawer is what I preferred. The drawer is shallow, but that what i wanted, it is perfect for storing my wallet, glasses and cell phone etc. The drawer is about 5 inches in height, I am very happy with the purchase.

this was easy to put together as long as you followed the directions. real does look nice have been thinking of getting a second

The apothecary nightstand was a perfect fit. I purchased a platform bed and foam mattress from Overstock and the bed sits a little lower than a box spring and mattress. The nightstand is just the right height and was easy to assemble. It looks great as well.

This is a great nightstand. It is sturdy, good looking and was a good value. The color matched nicely to other pieces of furniture I had. The style though modern looking fit in with the traditional pieces I already had. The instructions were fairly easy to follow and assembly wasn't too difficult. It took about about a half hour from start to finish. My only regret is that I didn't order two of these nightstands!

We bought these tables as nightstands. They are nice looking. However, they are very small. The drawers are very shallow. The tables were pretty easy to assemble. But, one of the screws for the drawer pull was too short. When we get new nightstands for our master bedroom, these tables will be just fine in the guest room where not a lot of drawer space is needed.

Received in good time, put together in an hour and are using it in the office, just the size I needed. I would find it too short for a bedside table but next to a chair might work. Nice finish and doesn't look cheaply made.

I have to say we have ordered quite a few items from Overstock and have been very satisfied with the product and the customer service. With that said, I have to say we were very disappointed in the quality of the end table that we ordered. As the old saying goes you get what you pay for but I am very disappointed that Overstock would sell this poorly designed item. The draws have gaps and you can see what is in them. The final product does not even come close to the quality that was presented by the picture. I would have returned the product but it was too hard to get the pieces back-into the box.

I needed a narrow table to go beside a sofa. I decided to take a chance on this apothecary table that I could place so that the back of the table would be against the sofa arm. This has turned out to be a great look. The table itself looks like a much more expensive piece.. It required a lot of assembly, but I was able to complete it with no trouble. I would definitely recommend the table.

Overall I am very happy with the table. It looks great and I use it for storing batteries and light bulbs. I was surprised that it had only three drawers (was expecting nine) but that makes it even more practical for storage. I was also surprised that it required so much assembly, about two hours. The finish is very dark and the hardware looks good (the nine drawer pulls). Nice accent piece for a small space. The price was terrific, many tables that size are more than twice as much and don't look as good. The materials of construction are adequate for the job and don't affect the appearance. It looks high quality.

I figured for the price they'd make a good end table/night stand. I was surprised how truly nice they are and very easy to assemble. It took about an hour each. I would recommend getting some wood glue for the dowels (wood pins) to make it even more solid. They look very nice - I have one in my bedroom and one in the living room - both will eventually end up in the guest room. WORTH THE MONEY!!! Love a dresser to match!

it is very small. Pieces do not join together tightly so cracks show in front. Will be returning item after I disassemble it.

I really like these end tables. I bought 2 of them for a guest bedroom. They are small but the perfect size for our guest room. One of the reviewers wrote that it takes 2 hours to put one of these together (which is why I waited so long because I didn't have 4 hours to burn working on these). I didn't find the assembly to be difficult and I put both of these together in 1 hour. My 6-year old son was helping me as well so that slows things down for me. If you are worried about assembly, don't be. The instructions are clear and easy to follow. If you have a cordless screwdriver this will take you no time at all. If you don't have one, go borrow one from a neighbor because if you do this by hand it will take you significantly longer with all the screws used to assemble this piece.

not very good material, but considering the price, come on, don't tell me you are expecting hard wood. It looks good and functionally very well. I bought two of them as night stand, they add a lot of accent to the bedroom. They are small, check the size before you buy..

Received in excellent condition, ready to assemble. Assemblage was fairly easy, with easy to understand directions. I like that the main pieces are of real hardwood, though there are pieces made of particle board and the back panel is a thin cardboard-type. The instructions say to occasionally tighten everything and I believe that is key. There is no metal mechanisms in place for sliding the three drawers in and out; it is particle board holding the drawers in place and if it is to get alot of heavy usage, I would not recommend buying it. As far as the aesthetics, it is a beautiful, little traditional table and to look at it one would not be the wiser that it did not come from the more expensive furniture stores. I say, for the price it is a good compromise if you want a decorative piece which is needed to hold a few light items. I believe it would be sturdy enough for a lamp and I intend to put a large tiffany lamp on it. For the look, price and style I give it five stars, for the assembling and materials, a three star (those camlocks are a pain!).

This product has a quality look. It was easy to put together. It's shorter than I thought it would be. I didn't pay attention to measurements. If there were any, I can't remember. I still like it. It's the right height for sitting my coffee on when I'm sitting in my recliner.

The price was right for this very well made table, the only draw back is you need to assemble everything. It took me about 2 hours. After it was completed it looked very classy. All in all the price was right and the quality is good. As long as you have the patience for assembly, make sure to set aside 2 hours for one table.

I'm staying with my daughter and purchased the Simple platform bed. Since there was no furniture in the room, I was looking for a night stand and a chest to keep some clothing. I saw this table. Purchased it. It fills both purposes. The quality is unbelieveable for the price. Easy to assemble. The drawers are spacious. The size is perfect for the platform bed with a lamp. The table is a perfect match for the bed in color. Overstock has done it again!

great little end table. went together very easily and seems to be a good quality piece. I am very pleased. It fit perfectly in between to chairs that I also got from Overstock.

This chest is adorable. I am using it for bedside table, but could be used as accent piece in living room as well. I may purchase another because it is useful, well made, and looks lovely.

I love this little table, it looks awesome between my two small slipper chairs. You can tell how small it is in the picture by where the baseboard goes to. It is so cute!!
