This is excellent.. I have no idea what someone else meant by the decor not being great. FIRST it is precisely what you see and it is adorable.. From the oldest glass factory in EUROPE, how much more historical and collectible could you want.. Charming, distinctive, great decor, pefect in every way.

I bought a set for a friend as a holiday gift.
It's "La Rochere" -- if you prefer a name-brand, it's got one. It's "French Glass" (whatever that implies).
It has an appealingly simple, clean, uncomplicated design. It is practical, useful, and is tasteful for a light, pleasant family & friends brunch.
However, I personally felt that the dragonfly design is too small and not as detailed as it could be. I would prefer the design to be larger and more sharply detailed to be appreciated better--to be more highly visible and be considered exceptional or outstanding. I've seen generally comparable sets of economical carafes and glasses containing various designs, patterns elsewhere for much less cost.
My conclusion is that this item makes for a generally acceptable gift. However, if you are looking for something truly exceptional, outstanding, consider elsewhere.
