We purchased, in all, 12 of the 10-oz and 12 of the 6-oz size La Rochere dragonfly glasses. They are heavy, unusual, and look and feel expensive (I thought the price was a little high for Overstock--not much of a discount--but was looking for something unique). My friends think they are delightful and a wonderful finishing touch to our just-remodeled kitchen.

The glasses were very heavy as expected. I am pleased with my purchase You always worry about breakage with a glass purchase and happily they came in excellent condition.

I read another reviewer's review on a similar set (smaller size) that mentioned the annoying two vertical visible seams on each glass. However, another customer mentioned "...and everyone knows la Rochere uses previous century moulds that produces seems to keep the history going..." So if you are bothered with the seams, don't order them. Or else, they are rather thick and sturdy.

I really like the new dragonfly drink glasses. Perfect for fruit juice or milk. Well made.

First saw this glassware at a lovely Bed and Breakfast in Niagara on the Lake in Ontario. Love the weight and feel of them in hand. Was able to find smaller old fashioneds but could not find the double old fashioneds til I checked Overstock. Another plus, the price, even with shipping, was the best anywhere!

The glasses are sturdy and very pretty. Love the bottoms as they do not collect water in the dishwasher.

I am a big dragonfly fan, and have several items that have dragonflies on them. I searched for something I didn't have yet, and decided these glasses looked like a nice purchase. I was surprised at how heavy they were, but that is a good thing. They are thick, and very high quality, plus absolutely beautiful. I love them. I would recommend to others.

These glasses are really solid. Although I am not sure if they are designed for it, I drink hot tea in them also. While I found them to be a pit pricey they are still a nice construction.

If you are sick of the ordinary dinner glasses, these are a perfect set. They are so rich looking and look like very expensive glasses. Ordering 12 more for my Florida house.

I purchased this set and knew they would be good glasses but, had no idea they would be this heavy and sturdy! The glass in rich looking with a hand made quality. I only wish there was one size up larger than this to use for iced tea glasses. These are perfect for water glasses and juice. I am going to be ordering more of these soon and keep an eye out for a larger size too! You cannot go wrong with this set. Not only do they look good but they are fantastic in form and function for every day use.

I had been looking for glasses for some time, but what I found was either too big or too fragile. These glasses are perfect - just the right size and with a good heft. The dragonfly design is attractive and distinctive. I like these glasses so much, I ordered a second set.

These glasses are wonderful! Perfect size, both for use and storage. They are simple yet elegant. The glasses are heavy and very well made...they don't feel like they will break or chip with use. And of course, because I adore dragonflies, the raised dragonfly on the glass is an added bonus!

I recently gave these to my sister and she loves them. Great weight, very durable. Also, dragonfly motif is very nice. My only issue with the product is that there are two visible seams along the sides of the glass, but they did not bother my sister.

These glasses are heavy, but hold up well in the dishwasher, something thin-walled glasses don't do. Our friends commented that they feel good in the hand. They're also not "goopy" in design and I personally love dragonflies so the motif is perfect.

These galsses arrived the day after purchase! They are just the right size and compliment the rest of the collection.Couldn't be more pleased.
