An odd purchasing experience
I ordered this product believing that I would be getting a good deal. Little did I know I would instead be getting a headache: 1) My shipment arrived without a carafe. 2) Six glasses arrived but on one of these the bowl had separated from the stem (in shipping/handling, I imagine). Despite this unfortunate circumstance overstock.com's customer representative with whom I dealt was fairly understanding and we were able to work out a favorable arrangement. The 5 whole glasses which I have from this set are, in my opinion, marvelous. I really like the bee design and the vertical seam adds to the charm of the glasses.

A "Beeutiful" Birthday
