I ordered this product believing that I would be getting a good deal. Little did I know I would instead be getting a headache: 1) My shipment arrived without a carafe. 2) Six glasses arrived but on one of these the bowl had separated from the stem (in shipping/handling, I imagine). Despite this unfortunate circumstance overstock.com's customer representative with whom I dealt was fairly understanding and we were able to work out a favorable arrangement. The 5 whole glasses which I have from this set are, in my opinion, marvelous. I really like the bee design and the vertical seam adds to the charm of the glasses.

• How did the color on site compare with the actual product? The glasses are fairly transparent, as depicted
• Please tell us about the quality of the product. Respectable quality
• How accurate was the on site description of the product? No carafe in my shipment and one broken glass

These are beautiful. Just like the glasses we used when we were in France. Very sturdy and a great value.

I purchased these for my Mom, and she was delighted. They arrived well packed and in a timely fashion..

I sent this carafe w/glasses to my sister for her birthday. She was thrilled w/the gift and loved the set which was made in France. We love the bee symbol and it was a very special birthday gift.
